So very pleased and impressed with the excellent service and kindness displayed by Michael, the manager. Michael was extremely helpful with our need for a birthday balloon. He found just what we needed and blew up the balloon himself. This type of assistance is an example of a manager and team who fully understand and follow through on outstanding customer service. We will be back to thank Michael once again. Great job hiring this man.

The staff is trying and working with what they have. None of the equipment in the store is working correctly. It is taking me an hour to get passport photos because the machine was not working and there was a line because the self check out was not working correctly. Who is the area manager? How can such a prime location be so understaffed and have so much technical issues. This score is a reflection of management and leadership

this CVS is just a block from where i live so I went there to ask if they could give me any recyclable boxes as I am moving. The staff was so rude and pointed me to the aisle and told me to buy although they had so many packing boxes just lying around! Talk about being sustainable.

Med order was sent at around 12:45 pm. Pick up time was 3 pm. I show up at 3:30 to get my meds (cough suppressant) and am told to wait for 10 min. Then I get asked to come to the consultation window and am now told that the ingredients are not in stock. Pharmacist Roma was the one. She then tells me to go to another location to pick up my meds. Her excuse was that she was backlogged. This is a totally unacceptable behavior from a pharmacist. Shouldn’t they be checking and then notifying the patient ahead of time? What if these were meds for more seriously ill patients? Are they going to be told those meds are out of stock too at the time of pickup? This shows that Roma and her team has total disregard for patients. This needs to be addressed asap.

There was a good selection of food and of course medication but I went for food they also had a lot of self checkout machines
