Check in/out was easy with my reservation. The toyota RAV4 was very nice for an 800 mile trip through parts of New England. I was real late returning car in time for ride to train station. They accommodated me and I was on the tracks with 5 minutes to spare! Negative - very pricey for 4 1/2 days using weekly rate! I did not have time to fill up gas - my fault - but they charged over $5 a gallon after telling me 'dont worry about it'. It was at least 3/4 or more full. Location is horrible and not very visible! This would have been a 3 had it not been for getting me to the train on time!

My experience was great. The car was ready upon our arrival.All questions were clearly answered. At our return, we were provided with a ride to the train station despite not bringing the car back until just before closing time. Patrick was extremely helpful and professional.

My car go hit from behind. Persons insurance company paid for my rental car while mine was in the body shop. The car was a 2020 Hyundai Elantra. They say they clean them but the windshield was filthy and the windshield wipers are probably original and worked really bad when it rained. Interior seats were stained and smelled like someone smoked in it even though you aren't supposed to. They dropped car off at body shop and made it painless. 2 annoying things are I had to pay $150 deposit when I didn't cause the accident. I know I get it back when I returned the car but why should I have to pay that? Secondly to get to talk to someone on the phone is nearly impossible.

We rented a car from Enterprise Poughkeepsie on August 25th. All went well with our rental however there was an Asian Family renting a car at the same time we were there. There was a bit of a communication issue between the family and the two Enterprise Employees “helping” them. The Enterprise Reps were putting a very hard sell on the family to purchase the Enterprise Insurance on the vehicle. This was very disturbing to see. Even worse was the fact that the two Enterprise Employees made fun and mocked the Asian Family in front of us after they took their car and left. These employees also laughed with their manager about it. Absolutely disgusting behavior. I’ll never rent a vehicle from Enterprise again.

We were taking a trip to Maine with 6 adults and I was able to reserve a mini van Andrew was very helpful when we picked up the van. Everything went very smoothly. He was very pleasant and explained everything about the van. We were all comfortable with all the traveling we did. Dropping off the van with Mark was also very easy. I would use Enterprise without a doubt for all future trip’s

To make a long story short, our reservation for a 12 person transit vehicle was cancelled the day of pickup by a different enterprise location. Mark saved our vacation plans by going above and beyond to help us get the same van we had a reservation for and he was able to give us the same great rate. Mark was professional and friendly and I will never go anywhere else for a rental car except to Mark and his team. Upon returning the vehicle Alex was also very friendly and professional. Thanks again!

I've been using Enterprise Rent-A-Car for my personal and professional road trips for a number of years. They have always offered me excellent service and are extremely flexible when I pick up and drop off the car. The car's have always been clean, up to date, and run just fine. I highly recommend them.

Agency conveniently associated with Expedia, through which I reserved an Altima for a weekend. Good working hours, and for those who arrive after closing, there is a secure key drop which facilitates drop off. The shopping center offers ample parking for returns. Friendly staff, though I have to withhold this review's fifth star on account of the employee leaning a bit too hard on Enterprise's insurance policy add-on, when I had already purchased insurance for equivalent coverage through Expedia for less money.

The car its self was fine, it did the job. When I went to pick up the rental car my card was declined and they were very quick to ask if I had a high enough credit card limit. When I called the bank and they informed the issue was on Enterprises end. We did a quick walk around inspection of the car and I was on my way. I called a few times to extend the rental and they were always nice and were able to extend the rental. When I returned the car Pat walked directly to the back of the car and bent down and noticed a dent under the bumper. This felt intentional because we never looked that low on the car when I picked it up and he walked directly to that spot as if he was looking for it. I know I did not hit anything and yes a hit and run is possible. I felt like I was set up because you would not know the dent was there unless you were really looking for it. Pat was quick to tell me that my car insurance rate would increase due to this damage on the rental. Lesson learned: do a better walk through when picking up the car.

The staff assisted me very well and they were so nice. I rented a Mitsubishi Outlander and enjoyed my trip so much I want to buy it from Enterprise. I will be renting again soon and can only hope my luck with the smooth transport will strike again. Thank you to the whole staff.
