Didn't have what I reserved. I paid for a full size SUV and they said it didn't show up. Had to settle for a mid size SUV. I really needed a full size for the gear I was hauling.

Made a reservation two weeks ago, it was confirmed. An hour before pickup time, I get a call telling me they didn't have anything available. Travel plans ruined. This is unacceptable and incompetent. I couldn't in good conscience recommend this place. It's all in the title: reservation, as in: to reserve, to set aside for you.

So I book a reservation a week and a half in advance for a pickup truck so I can move a motorcycle and luggage. I arrive at the location only to be told that I’m not allowed to rent a pickup because I’m not 25. If this is the policy then it should be update in their terms, and I shouldn’t be allowed to book that vehicle in a reservation. What I don’t understand is I’ve rented one before so there should’ve been no problem. Instead now I’m scrambling to find a way to move all my things because enterprise decided to not let me drive what I reserved.

Tried to get a rental vehicle Friday afternoon on June 19th, 2020. Phone rang continuously for more than 2 minutes with NO answer. They were supposed to be open until 6:00 pm. VERY DISHEARTENING to NOT be able to get a rental vehicle and be forced to have to go into Jacksonville ‼️🤬‼️
