I joined CFK with the goals of physically bettering myself and meeting new people & have achieved both. The trainers are knowledgeable, patient & encouraging. They create a sensible plan and tweak it to fit your abilities so you're never overwhelmed. August 19th will mark my 1 year with the gym and I can safely say it's one of the best decisions I've ever made. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new fitness family!

Your team is great. I did a drop in while in Knightdale. Shane and Jess were very welcoming and helpful. The workout was definitely hard! Which is exactly what I was looking for. Next time I'm in town, I'll be dropping in, again. Thanks for a great workout!

Great place!! Wonderful people. Brandy is awesome, she cares and will motivate you and push you. Explains things and helps the extra mile for beginners. Great atmosphere. Lots of fun laughter and good vibes! Everyone is great here!! Very nice!!! Great work outs and always something new!!

I LOVE CrossFit Knightdale! I've been working out here since they first opened and it just gets better and better! Fabulous team of trainers that are truly there to assist every client regardless of experience or background! Trainers and other gym members are incredibly friendly, encouraging, and a lot of FUN! I would not think of going to a different gym! I love our community and atmosphere!

I have been coming here for almost three years and am still excited to workout, it never gets boring. The atmosphere and the coach really makes it feel like a family. Michelle makes working out interesting and gives great insight on proper technique. She has done great things with this gym and is invested in your growth and goals.

Crossfit Knightdale is the best gym in the area. It is more than a gym, it is a community where people motivate and push you to do better everyday.
