Used to come here for all my custom printing needs, including many wedding posters, cards, nameplates, etc. now they can only print in 2 sizes and only on their paper. If you need anything custom, don’t bother with this place anymore. What a shame and loss of opportunity because “printers jam”. Get better printers then.

Jocelyn at printing was so helpful. Laid out all my options and was very supportive in printing all different sizes. Great communication and it was fast!

1. The whole time I was building the print job online, the site said I could get them same day. When I got to the checkout, I had to wait a week 2. The cards came out incorrect. Bad printing. There was a pink section at the top of about half of the cards. 3. All of the cards had a jagged edge in the bottom cut 4. The people working the desk didn’t know how they could help me fix the issue. They couldn’t refund me. They called a manager. No response. They took my number for the manager to call. I’ve never received a call. They still have the cards and my money.

The sales associates at the Matthews location are very courteous and considerate of their customers needs, while helping their customers make the best buying decisions…..mabey all of your stores should hire more Latino candidates for work. Customer service providers like very few others !!

In the process of getting new furniture for home office we came across a desk at the Matthews location. Their were a couple of hiccups in getting the desk and the operation of the desk. Don, the manager, went way beyond what any other manager would do to accommodate us and make our purchase turn from a disaster to a pleasure. Don and his people made this happen. His customer service is beyond a ten!

I used to use Office Depot frequently in my home town but they closed. I was visiting in Charlotte and needed to use your services. Your sales associate was friendly knowledgeable, quite amazing. She balanced several customers without making them feel as if they had to wait. I told her that if I was still a retail manager I would hire her away from your company.

Called ahead to get a custom embossed stamp, only to have the print shop tell me they don’t make them, after I drive down from Concord. Official state seal for government work wasn’t that difficult, or so I thought. Went to Staples and they were happy to help me. Maybe other services are okay, guess I’ll never know.
