I use to live going in even if I have to wait a few minutes but now they don't want to take your money they want you to pay your bill with cash through a machine and it doesn't give you any change back but they tell you it'll be added to your next bill. I just don't like doing business that way so I guess I'll start calling it in but if we all started calling our bill in spectrum is going to loose a lot of money because nobody is going to be in the store browsing while we wait

The kiosk has not worked for quite a long time. So you have to sign in and wait to be called just to pay your bill. Makes no sense why you can't pay your bill without seeing an associate. Thank ya.

I have never had so many outages. We had Greenlight previously and never had any issues. Since the beginning of January, our internet has been out 3-4 times during the day while I'm working from home, for 2-4 hours each time. Also, several times throughout the night. So annoying!

We cancelled our Cable TV package and went with the Spectrum 15 channel streaming package. THEY said ALL channels listed on this page are available. LIARS!!!! GSN is not available! After speaking with 3 Spectrum representatives there is nothing they can do or willing to do. So disappointed!

After waiting in line for twenty minutes to swap out faulty modem for another, the customer service representative informs me that I cannot finish my business at Wilson location. As I live in Lucama(8 miles distant) their records only cover Wilson proper customers. I can travel to Dunn, NC to trade equipment or call office to have modem mailed to me. In all fairness after calling office I received a modem via FedEx within 36 hours. Customer records need unilateral update.

Very pleasant, the employees have great personalities. Went their to turn in a wifi router, got a new updated version which works perfectly with our Alexa's, Ring door bell and camera, computers, gaming systems, and so on. Would definitely recommend this location to others.

If I could give them less stars I would. I called to get spectrum at my home. They gave me the run around for about a month. I live 800ft from the pole. I told them I would do the trenching and everything I could. They still want to charge me $9000. Then my neighbor says they will get it also to see if that cuts down on the price. It did but barely. They still want to charge and on top of that want me to bury the cable 36 inches. Which is not needed for spectrum and they themselves do not bury it that deep. I've done this kind of work before so I know. Its bad a million dollar company is that money hungry. I know company's that run longer cable drops and don't charge a dime because people will pay for the service and stay with them because of this.

The young lady working the desert was very helpful. However the assistant manager, (the Caucasian young lady) made me feel stupid. Like I didn't know what I was talking about. The young woman today fixed my phone. Knew I was having trouble getting on Wi-Fi everywhere.

Sonya was the RUDEST AND LAZIEST employee ever. The manager kicked me out the store over me trying to explain how I wanted to trade in my phone. MY HUSBAND works for spectrum and we were treated this way.
