Shout out to Austin at the Howe Rd Spectrum store! I've been there twice , both times he was extremely helpful and pleasant ! I had a bazillion questions, he took the time to help me and explain everything! I understand that "it's his job", but good customer service is often difficult to find...it's good to see a hardworking, nice young man. He took his time and seemed sincere in his desire to help. Keep up the good work, Austin!

I drove out of my way to this store to return equipment and was told after waiting a long time in line to go to UPS by a rude and disrespectful employee who resorted to yell across the store rather than approach me to speak normally. No follow up instructions given by yelling employee how how to disconnect my service. A second employee sent me to a nearby UPS which was closed. Whole ordeal wasted nearly 2 hours. Called spectrum on the phone who then mentioned returning equipment to local store as an option but took no responsibility for this location’s incompetence.

The wait to just pay a bill even is long enough to take your business somewhere that has customer service its not worth having.... idea... there should be a fee for the cable company that after you check in every hour is a employees wage deducted

Be prepared to wait in a line before even speaking to a salesperson. The salespeople were nice enough but I was simply trying to drop off my modem because I discontinued service earlier that afternoon and I waited a good 25 minutes. I get it, people are understaffed, it happens, but they need a drop box or something.
