Aa a local owner operator this is my place to change tires. You'll be lucky if Michael Craig is helping you. Craig is a family man who will go beyond his work trying to help the customer. I was there on a rainy day. He insisted comes out looked at my tires and gave me recommendations. Thanks Craig I sure will be back

After hour answering service very rude. I had a blowout on the road emergency situation, called Gem city because I was recommended to them, first off very rude and not helpful in a trying situation. They over priced the job out the door maybe they didn’t want to come out on a Friday night(lazy). Called Loves got great customer service and honest pricing!!! Not to mention Gem city called back Saturday to see if I was taken care of. How thoughtful.....Not!

Tire blew on the interstate outside of Huber Heights and after 3 hours of trying to break the lugnuts.. 3 calls to different tow businesses that said they didnt think they could break them so they couldn't help.. we had almost given up.. God took care of us by sending an angel.. Gem city tire was driving up the exit ramp and seen us there.. he made sure to stop and ask if we was ok.. thank you so much for stopping and doing what every other business we called said they couldn't.. I didn't catch your name but please know that we will forever be grateful.. you didn't give up even though they was stuck like glue.. without your help we still would've been stuck on the side of the road with our 3 kids.. if you are reading this review please send your business to gem city. Everyone we called wouldnt touch it.. said we would have to tow it to them to try.. save yourself the time and go to someone that didn't stop til the job was finished! Thanks Gem City

The lady that answered the phone knew exactly what was needed, the advisor was easily able to understand the situation and dispatched a service truck promptly. A new tire was installed at a reasonable price and we were on our way. What could have been a huge problem was professionally handled and we were safely on our way.
