While the staff was very up front that it would be at least 10 minutes for my 17 piece bucket of chicken.....while I waited I heard 2 employees arguing over the bed status of the chicken they just cooked. They agreed that the coating was done wrong and falling off the chicken. Since I heard them plainly and they were not being secretive about it or the fact that they would have to throw away 10lbs of chicken, I did not think I would have an issue. Once I got home I discovered that they had infact gave me said chicken. All the coating and skin was already off of at least 1/3 of the chicken. Once we tried to pick it out of the bucket we were left with only about 5 or 6 pieces that had any skin or coating still attached. I will go back to this location because it was clean and the staff was really friendly...... However it is disappointing when you pay almost $50.00 on food that was sub par at best.

People working here need to keep their drama and loud, foul language to themselves. Food was hot and fast, but employees were yelling profanities to one another across the restaurant. Trying to enjoy a peaceful lunch while f-bombs are being screamed throughout the place. One employee was smoking in the parking lot, came into the restaurant to take an order, and handed the food out of the window without washing her hands.

Manager was sitting down eating at a table, wiped her hands on her pants, came up and took my order then later went outside and came back in with an unlit cigarette she laid on the counter. Employees all eating in the back and on their cell phones while preparing food. Would not recommend this place.

This place has went downhill over the past year. I'm not one to be rude to staff. I also realize mistakes happen which is why I haven't called to complain after each of the last three visits where the quality control was neglected. (Can't blame that on staffing). But apparently today I've hit my limit. The staff had no accountability. Before any management from that location says anything to defend this lack of qc, service, etc., you should know that I worked for KFC in multiple leadership roles over 3 years and know exactly what to expect. Do better.

There were no other customers when I was there. The chicken was fresh and hot, very good I will be back. Service was excellent. The only thing I could complain about is why are the lids and straws not next to the drink machine instead of at the other end of the counter.

Manager said someone would be to the counter shortly cause they were short staffed, listened to her scream at the help for 5 minutes and i left. Only was asked if I wanted to order as I hit the door. I'm good.

Worst service and food in the area. Ordered #9 tenders 3piece and got bone in 3 piece, figured their mistake no problem just exchange, nope manager says no refund on the difference which was over 3$. They make a mistake you pay for it! I hope the owner reads this as you lost weekly customer over 3$ which was their fault in first place. This location was shutdown before and should be again. Im sure the owner dont care long as the green rolls in but in just in case, would have been manager working 8:15pm July 19 2022. Also cashier working at that time constantly kept wiping her nose with finger like a tick (gross) I will NEVER go back there this I vow!

We just left from their and got a 12 piece meal and the sides wasn't filled up at all! They gave us 4 biscuits when we should have got 6 and gave 11 pieces when it should have been 12 for the price they charge they should have got the order right and we was the second car!!! And after my wife ate the sides she got so sick! She was the only one that ate those sides. It's best to check your only order before you leave believe me!

Picked up fried chicken that I had a coupon for. It was like literal slop. I don't know anyone that would have ate it! One of the 8 pieces of "fried chicken" was about the size of a half dollar! After a couple times they gave me extra crispy instead. They acted as if I was being petty! I don't know where they were raised, but that is not fried chicken! (Everything else in order was fine)
