It was really good I went there for my birthday and its amazing their products aren't to cheap or to expensive and they have stuff for men and woman along with hair stuff to facial care products to makeup and the coworkers are really nice

Products are great. Selection is wonderful. Cleanliness of the store is great. Price is what you would expect, expensive but good Enough, so all good there. The clerks are usually pretty nice, occasional phone texters and no one should get paid money to play on their phone... but if that's what people like to pay for, their issue. I don't usually need help. The salon is something I cannot recommend. I've seen some bad situations come out of there. It's like a hip hop concert, with gum smackers. I don't really see much going on that I would want services for. It's a great place to shop for gifts 🎁 and I do recommend the store!

My experience at this Ulta was terrible. No one greated me. At least two employees behind the registers were too busy talking to each other to help me. One person on the floor was walking around aimlessly. I recently started my own small salon. Sephora here I come (and my staff will too once I get more established).

OKAY so. I seriously have to dote upon one of the Stillwater Ulta team members. I think her name was Kaylee she was blonde and had snatched eyebrows ✨ but anyway back to my story. I came in today and she was so kind and complimentary, she told me I had the perfect eyes for eyeshadow and just all around encouraging! So PLS keep her. Give her a raise. Ulta give her the bag💰 she is a QUEEN.

The people who work in this store are the rudest, most unhelpful people of any sort. It doesn't help that the prices at Ulta have increased by 100%. The store used to be packed, but i fear customer service and increased pricing have taken their toll. Also, the discount coupons count for nothing, they will never honor them. What a scam and shame. I recommend any other makeup retailer

The only reason I'm giving this particular Ulta 1 star is not for the store but the staff. The managers should hire employees who actually enjoy customer service jobs and aren't bothered by questions and customers. I went in and was looking for something different from what I normally buy, asked two ladies if they had anything similar, after quickly telling me "no" and not even trying to show me anything else, they walked away talking, one sat down at a makeup station looking and began fiddling with her own face while I picked out my product. As I'm walking to the register, a very unenthusiastic employee rang me up. I walked in and out of that store without being greeted or thanked. Makes me sad. Being a salon owner, I would look for new staff.

The store has a pretty good selection and most of the workers are quite helpful. However if you use the salon services, they always have the music blaring and it's much louder in the back so I highly recommend bringing earplugs! When I think of going to the salon to get my hair done, I want to be able to chat with others and stay in the store a little bit longer but that is a little bit of a deterrent. If you're just doing accent highlights it typically runs somewhere around 40 to $50, and about 36 for a haircut. Hope that helps!
