Terrible service. I remember when I used to shop at Eddie Bauer and employee would help assist me from the door. Now, all I get is a unenthusiastic hello from the counter. I only go here to do my catalog returns and try things because it’s only one in the area that let’s me in the changing rooms! Last time I was their the employee let me the room and within 3 minutes he was asking if I needed something else. The millennials they have working for them don’t know that it takes us longer to dress, I have low-mobility due to health issues. I felt like I was being rushed! When I was actually done, now the employee is standing there beeping things with his phone and taking his time to come assist me. I never buy anything here anymore because the young workers there always ask me for phone number and email address! I don’t trust them with that. My advice for shoppers my age is just have it ordered on the phone or the web. The prices and discounts are better on there but they won’t tell you that in the store. They don’t even know their customer’s needs anymore. Shame. The only reason I’m leaving 2 stars is that they will offer to order from there machine with the discount, unfortunately too little too late.

Short Summary: Poor customer service, Poor warranty, Poor quality control (some products ok, others fail within months) Long Version: Business went through bankruptcy recently and no longer honors their warranty (which was the ONLY reason to buy their products). Their products are getting worse and worse with regards to quality (good materials, poor workmanship and stitching that fails within a couple months) Unfortunately they no longer will honor their "lifetime" warranty anymore. In addition, the staff was not knowledgeable about the switch and told me multiple different things: 1) we have a 1yr warranty policy 2) we only exchange: no refunds for any reason 3) we don't have a 1yr warranty we have a defect only warranty (vs satisfaction) Note: The item I bought was after the bankruptcy and before they changed their warranty (at least it was listed on the receipt as lifetime) They would not honor the return (though they did finally exchange it while saying that they shouldn't be doing the exchange).

Teala was amazing! I had a top that was too big, but wasn't in the store, so she did everything possible to get it shipped to me from a different store! She was attentive, sweet, and very friendly. Thank you for your wonderful service!

I've always loved Eddie Bauers clothes but lately I have been really disappointed in their customer service. I purchased a few items during the holidays on sale through their website. I had an extra promo code and their website accepted it. However, when I checked my credit card statement I had been charged more than what my original receipt said. Once I received my items in the mail, I took the receipts to the Eddie Bauer store at Clackamas Town Center and tried to get a price adjustment. When they saw that the items were at a discounted price and "lower than they should be" they wouldn't adjust the price in store because I had bought them online and told me I needed to call customer service (which I tried to do and was never able to get through). One of the gals said she would try to send an email to her manager to try and help me with the adjustment - but I never heard anything back. Turns out there had been a glitch in the online website that was allowing extra discounts. I don't believe its my fault as the customer that Eddie Bauer had a website glitch. Their website accepted the promo code and I consented to pay the price stated. Then, when they overcharged my credit card WITHOUT my knowledge first, they refused to adjust the price saying they'd have to call their district manager... I honestly don't think its that big of an issue and they still have not refunded me when they charged my card more than what I consented to pay. Really disappointed and not impressed.

Sarah was the worst representation that this company could have possibly hired. I will be reaching out to all my followers and database educating them on why not to come to this business. The lack of customer service and horrific attitude she displayed was the most unbelievable thing I have seen. As a multi-business owner I could imagine the CEO not being thrilled finding this out. So I go into the store trying to find a rain proof jacket. I have never seen better customer service ever anywhere. I looked at some jackets and one of the managers, her name is Kiah. She is the best, she asked me if I am looking to get a waterproof jacket, after I left the section and educated me on the fabrics and quality of the product. Just fantastic customer service. She is a very good sells person, I mean if it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t have bought anything from the store. Ended up walking out with a bunch of clothes.(I usually don’t buy anything I just browse and then buy online.)They have very good prices and outstanding quality apparel. In my opinion Kiah should be rewarded for her hard work and great positive feedback and attitude. PROMOTION, RAISE, MORE MONEY? HELLO? I will shop there again.

I came into this store yesterday with my parents looking for clothes for our upcoming trip to Italy. I forgot the name of the guy who helped us, the only way I can identify him is that he's 31 years old and the only wrinkles he has are "the ones in his shirt" (his quote, not mine 😂). We all have never experienced customer service the way he showed us! He was so helpful without being overbearing, and we left the store feeling very confident in our purchases! You can tell he obviously loves his job. We will definitely be coming back!
