Stood at hot food waiting for service for over ten minutes while employees watched the line build up they continue not to serve any one till a larger man in all black walked up and asked them what the heck was going on. She immediately started helping. Tells me those employees were ignoring about five customers INTENTIONALLY! Need new people working that section!!!!!!!! Stars are for the cashier!

Nice store, friendly employees. Produce and meat products are of high quality. Unfortunately Albertsons has really high prices for a lot of items if they aren't on sale. They need to consider this fact when the New Seasons opens nearby those that want the high end, organic, or specialty items will probably choose New Seasons over Albertsons. Leaving this store with less customers. Just my thoughts...

I'm a huge fan of albertsons" a loyal shopper who frequencies this company to the tune of hundreds of dollars per month " however while the barrows store is way more convenient' ( I live right up the street ) I refuse to shop here. They lack the great customer service that the other albertsons stores have and they are behind the times" according to thier very own checker when I asked why they are the only store to not have uscans" his response to me was a blunt rude reply of our owner doesn't approve of them? Till this changes I wont shop thier' I will continue driving to Tigard where the customer service is A~t and they have uscans!
