10 days after purchase, I tried to return unopened bottle of vitamins that were expiring before the next month. Didn’t verify expiration before purchase, as I couldn’t imagine a pharmacy would stock shelves with vitamins that were so close to expiration in the first place. The store manager did not honor the price I paid for the vitamins just 10 days before, in spite of me providing the valid receipt, and only refunded me 50% of what I paid due to “the system blocking the transaction”.

Awful experience taking kid passport photos. The background doesn’t roll low enough and they offered a swivel chair to an infant! They also didn’t know how to get a baby to look up at the camera (a whistle would be more than enough!). When I asked if we could get someone to assist, the employees announced they were going to take a break. Wow-talk about a professional or helpful customer service. Take the extra time and go to Walgreens!!!

I have called the pharmacy at least 5 times today and no one seems to be able to answer the phones. At one point I was put on hold and was on hold over 10 minutes and no one ever came back. So if you try and call you might not want to get your hopes up that you’ll talk to anyone.

Came in to the store to shop asked cashier for the location of the restroom Stephen/Steven was absolute rude responding. When I came to pay I had dropped a few coupons and my debit card in one of the isles, I asked if he can hold for me to go back and find it. Steve’s immediate response was I was going to hold up the line (there was no one in line and only another shopper in the store 🙄). The attitude and the tone of voice is not acceptable. I asked why he was being rude and he responded your blocking the line and if I cancelled the transaction a manager needs to come and it’s a big deal. During this I kept telling him to stop being rude as I didn’t deserve that. As the other customer approached the attitude changed and he treated him differently. This was my third visit and will not ever come back.

I will not be returning here ever again. On 10/9/20 at 4pm someone drug shamed my wife for trying to pick-up my propranolol refill. They said they deferred it a month because it was too soon for me to get a refill and said they wouldn't refill it because it was blood pressure medicine (not why I take it). I was confused and told her to ask them what they were talking about as I don't have high blood pressure and thought they were referring to a different prescription. After asking again the person at the counter reluctantly gave her my meds. She asked if I lost my previous ones and my wife simply said yes as that was apparently the only way we were going to get my refill. 1. My refill expired 4 days after this moment, so I'm not sure how I could refill it a month later... 2. Propranolol is something my doctor gave me for heart palpitations and/or racing to take as needed. She also told me to try taking larger doses of it for migraines as it's been known to help. So I had tried this and after a couple months ran out, thus the need for a refill. And to clear up, propranolol is not an opioid or anything of the sort. My doctor told me that some have even suggested putting it in water because of how good it is for your heart. I take it as needed so I'm not sure why or how the person at the counter came to the conclusion I ran out a month too soon, especially since I hadn't refilled for a few months. And when I did look it up, apparently it does help with high blood pressure, but this is not it's only purpose and is not why I use it. For them to assume that tells me they don't know much about the drug and were making decisions based of what little they did know. So after hearing all the details of my wife explaining how she was treated and what they told her, I'm left feeling like these people are not only uninformed, but rude. Had been going here for years, but this is too poor for me to overlook. Will definitely be going elsewhere from here on

Emily was pretty unhelpful and not friendly at all. For a slow day and no one in the store I would have expected Customer Service to be better.

I been working here as a supervisor for a month and I can say I love it. Managers and supervisor are soo helpful that it makes my job less difficult trying to figure out what my workday should look like. My coworkers are great and I enjoy all our customers and helping them find what they need, were all here to serve.
