Was not happy with the selections of men's facial hair products. Why would I spend a small fortune on a product on my face, yet not be allowed to smell the product to see if I like it or not? I can't in good conscience spend that sum of money on something and not know how it smells before I exit the property.

My first time experience at this store, I bought an vitamin c oil for face last week wich the sales lady working on the floor suggest me the one on sale that week, & quess what? I had to return it back a week later because it has a smell of damage oil, a really uncomfortable smell on my face..i suggest every one to check the product before buying.

Love Ulta!!! They also got a bunch of new products in such as Fenty and a full MAC... The staff is super friendly and I enjoy coming to this store!

TJ and another young lady made recommendations and after trying a new line and a face mask, my skin feels brighter and the lines under my eyes have been reduced. I removed my glasses so you can see my skin, my face is bare, not one thing on it. Just one treatment with the mask.

I don’t know if it was a bad day for the stylist but while coloring my hair she ruined my tshirt, pulls my hair while drying. Called the place they told oh well … a huge color stain on my tshirt it’s just completely unprofessional. As well the manager who said oh well about the issue just very unprofessional

i went in a week ago to get some face wash and cream. Selena was very helpful and she knows her stuff. definitely was a good and even when she helped me today. love the recommendations she gave me today. definitely go to her. whatever was on my face went away in two days and her recommendations were awesome :)
