4:30 pm and the deli is closed. They were extremely rude about it too. Terrible customer service and I've been shopping here for years

Cheap food, bad smell and the staff either doesn't care or gives you attitude. I asked one of the managers "why is customer service closed?". And instead of saying "what can I help you with?" He just said "we can't find enough people to work, it's not my problem." And walked away.

Cashier 0114 left alot to be desired. First she seemed aggravated at fellow employee. Then couldnt lift a 12 pack of soda. Then was aggravated because I wanted my bananas in a separate bag. Then packed everything eles in one bag shoved me to a huge bunch bags and got even more aggravated because I didn't know which bag was mine out the 15 bags setting at the end of the registry #4. And mumble under her breath because I made tell me which bag was mine and separate so my corn bread and tomatoes from the heavy stuff. I will follow up with management

Customer Service at the Savannah Hwy. Location is nil. Contacted corporate regarding an incident and was assured of Store manager reaching out. Did not happen. Harris Teeter or Publix level they are not. I will not be back.

The beautiful lady at the Customer Service Desk was very sweet. Never got her name. And very social. The lady that was at the register near the lottery was also very polite and sweet as well.

Great Customer service and clean. I was looking for ATM and was told they could do at register even without purchase. How wonderful. Good information to know. Beautiful roses as well at great price

Nice folks and helpful employees, aside from them having a big turnover they do have most of the regular grocery items one looks for like , bread 🍞, milk 🥛, eggs, ice cream 🍦, beer 🍻, baby 🍼products,dog 🐶🐱& cat food , toiletries ect . Their hours are from 7am till 11pm

Helpful associate at the bakery section. Reasonable prices compared to Publix. And, they had ONION Rolls that were to die for! I’ve been looking for good onion rolls forever. Too bad I was just visiting. Also, appreciated that the checkout person on two occasions immediately offered to use her store reward card to get me discounts because where I live there there isn’t a Food Lion!
