I went to the ups drop of location here and forgot to tape my return label as I had a long work day. They Wouldn't let me use a little piece of tape that was right on the desk to help me wrap up the process. I had to go back home and come back for just a little piece. Humanity goes a long way over lamest policies. Literally I have had no one ever deny me such a meager help.

I just had the best experience here! The check out woman was so kind and not only helped me find an applicable coupon but also made sure I knew how to find my “Michael’s Rewards” voucher. By the end, my grand total was two dollars and change. Incredibly kind customer service and very upbeat staff. 😊

The people were nice and especially one older gentleman he told us how to get to Joann's due to the fact the store was out of feathers... which was why we were there. Maybe next time they might have them.

Michaels in West Ashley is one of my favorite places to go for all of my arts and crafts needs. There are times that I really need to get serious about my crafts and I am in dire need of quality supplies and Michaels comes to the rescue just about every time. They are really well organized and well stocked in just about any craft item I need to get started and finished. I have always found exactly what I was looking for when I came in and even more sometimes. The staff here is very friendly and personable and they always seem to know exactly where everything is located and can find it right away. This location is where it is at.
