The employees are super helpful and friendly here! I frequent this location and if they don’t have something in my size, they have it shipped directly to me and it always comes within a day or two. Love this place and the people that work here.

Hey there, I went in to get fitted yesterday for a strapless bra, and unfortunately they didn’t have my size. Jan, called the other store and they had it! Yay! She even offered to go pick it up for me and bring it to her store which, is so much closer to my house. She also gave me the option for her to mail it to me. Wow! I was blown away. I mean it was just one bra. It wasn’t like I was buying the store. It was customer service at its best. She is a keeper. Thanks for making a kinda dreadful experience a delight.

This is a small and quaint lingerie store that has bras, mix and match pajamas, panties, and robes. The customer service is excellent. The store was not busy at all and this allowed time for the store agent to spend a lot of time with us ensuring we got the perfect bra size. We told her what we were in need of and she was able to recommend some great bras. We ended up purchasing two bras and have been happy with the purchase. The quality is great and there are some good sale prices. The average price of a bra would be about $45-$50 but the quality is great. For those women that are well endowed, these bras are perfect and provide great support. I would definitely return.

I visited Soma on 07/28/2017 while on an overnight trip to Charleston from Columbia. I purchased a pj set, three bras, and three panties. Kathleen was incredibly helpful during my time in the store. She assisted me in finding the correct bra size (34DD which can be super hard to find) and checked in with both my sister and I while we were trying on items. One of the bras I wanted wasn't in stock in my size so she helped me order it when I checked out to be shipped to my home for free. She also dug through an unopened box to try and find panties that matched one of my bras without me even asking which was above and beyond the call of duty :) Not only was my shopping experience wonderful thanks to Kathleen but I also love the items I bought. I will be shopping there again next time I am in Charleston.
