They added recipients to my mailbox without my permission and then charged me for it. The owner said that I approved those recipients but doesn't have proof (he said I confirmed by email). I asked for a refund but he refused. Also, I didn't appreciate being misgendered by the owner. ****UPDATE The owner responded directly with the following: "Since you are clearly not happy with our service, and you chose to write a negative review on google I will close your box tomorrow and all mail coming in will be returned to sender as box closed. If you want to keep your box open, you will need to remove the listing from google. If your box closes tomorrow, you will need to remove all images from your portal and put in a forwarding order today for any original mail you want to keep. Otherwise, everything in the box will be shredded and all images will be deleted." ****SECOND UPDATE I did not respond to his first email so he sent this: "There is no need for you to discuss this with Anytime Mailbox customer service. I am an independent store. As I said if you are unhappy with our policies, posting on social media is not an acceptable way to resolve issues. Words have consequences and your intention was to hurt my business, so logically why would I want to continue to do business with you? You still have the option to remove your post. If not, I will proceed with closing the box. If you want forwarding services, we charge the same as the Post Office for premium forwarding and the fees are below. So, again the ball is in your court, but you do not have the option to hurt my business and continue to do business here. Your choice." We have a 1 year contract that I pre-paid for and it does not end until November 2022. I did not authorize him to close my account early nor is he offering a refund for breaching our contract.

I always have a good experience when I come here. Customer service staff is always helpful and they provide a wide variety of services including faxing, printing, and packaging. Prices are reasonable and the environment to me is more inviting than the USPS. You’ll notice the they sell unique art decor created by local artists which I think is awesome. And while you wait in line you’ll notice some interesting nick nacks along the aisle for sale.

Love this place! The customer service is amazing and they'll find the cheapest/most efficient shipping service for your items. You can also pay more to have them package it for you, which is totally worth it in my opinion because it saves so much time and trouble at the post office.

They were warm and friendly, helpful, reasonable & it’s a multi faceted place it does many mailing situations, u can buy reasonable large envelopes without running to Walmart first it just is a great place with a cute little gift shop in it😊

I have been going to The Postal Route for five or so years, and they are simply amazing! I challenge anyone to go to UPS, FedEx, USPS, and then to The Postal Route - there is no comparison, I've done it, and I will always choose the team at TPR. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always go the extra mile to make sure you receive great service. I also want to say they have been great during the pandemic - I consider the team front line workers and they have been fabulous. I love the store, the team, and the service - give them a try, you won't be disappointed!

My family has been going to the Postal Route before they were even at their new location. It’s incredible to have such an awesome service so conveniently located. David and his staff are always super friendly and extremely helpful. Attitudes are always consistently good. Many of the free services have proved to be invaluable over the years! Awesome store with great hours. Being so close I take them for granted but they really do provide a ton of help by their services offered. 👍🏼

I wish I would have left a review sooner. I absolutely love this store. Everyone is so friendly and I never have issues with my packages. The store I can't stay out of it. Now they have this very cool engraving machine for gifts. I just love it. We have two business mailboxes and I love that I get a message letting us know we have mail. This store is always clean and bright. And Christmas time so fun! Thank you for providing our area with great service and a nice place to pickup gifts and our mail.

I have been coming to the postal route for years(decades). Once i found them i have been coming ever since. They are awesome. There is an interesting gift shop, cards, shipping supplies, gifts. They help me find my best shipping options. No running to post office, ups, fed ex. I have it all right there. The people are friendly and happy to help. Will be going there today as a matter of fact. Love this place.

It is convenient enough but the printer only works about half the time to print the labels and the employees are highly insensitive to the fact that folks that are shipping at their facility probably have to be to work. Other than that it is great. If they improve the printer situation then I will improve the rating.
