I came into the store today for a notary. It was lunch time and very busy. Rachael was waiting on me and other people at the same time. She was very fast and friendly. I was amazed at how quick she was and was able to do it with a friendly smile and positive attitude. I will definitely be coming back to this store and I will recommend this store to my friends. I wish everywhere had Rachael's like her!!!

I entered this UPS store yesterday and was greeted very nicely by a young lady Hannah, she was very respectful and really helpful. She was a fast worker at a moment when she was by herself with no help but kept her working hard definitely would let her help me again

This store is a great place to go to ! they do just about everything ! The employees are always delightful the petite lady believe her name is hannah is always the most helpful when it comes to Amazon returns and printing out my labels. She also helped me fit all my documents into the shredder when I didn’t think it would all fit , I will definitely make sure to come here again for any needs!

The owner doesn’t like to take returns for Amazon and he definitely isn’t afraid to let you know. I assume he thinks if he’s rude to Amazon’s customers they will stop going to his store.

My husband and I went a couple days ago to get a notarized signature for one of the most life changing documents in our lives. Jacklyn, not only were you beyond friendly, but you got us in and out quickly. You joked with us about masks and we are thankful your store does not mandate them. We have chosen several business transactions at this UPS location especially notarized documents. You keep us as a forever customers coming back.. I've never had one bad experience. Thank you for all you and your staff do to help the public and make each transaction a pleasant experience. 😊

I contacted the UPS store to have some invitations printed after having a terrible experience with Office Depot/Office Max. The staff was super friendly, the process was easy, quick and great quality. I will definitely be using them for any needs in the future.

Needed a page printed so i could mail it. I sent myself an email with the attachment, be sure it’s the size you want printed, then emailed it to the store when i got there. They printed 2 copies for $1.54 Fast, easy, convenient while on the road and no printer with me. There’s a mailbox across the parking lot. Anchored by Harris Teeter next to Great Clips. Easy to find with GPS.

Today I visited this UPS store location and have to give a shout out about my awesome experience there. I was cheerfully greeted by Nickie at the front whom immediately was available to help me. I had two large boxes to ship to a family member in the hospital. She gave me options and prices to help get it there ASAP and to make it a lot cheaper. She helped me get it all into one box to bring the cost down which she didn’t have to do. The store manager”Jenn” was also there and helped as well. They helped make it more affordable to send. Never have I received such awesome customer service. All with a smile too!! Thank you Nickie and Jenn for being the kind and sweet people you were to me today!! It was greatly appreciated!!!!!!

Went to this UPS location to drop off a large package. My father put the package on another box siting in front of the counter. He was yelled at by the white lady. The white lady seemed to be bothered that we were there. My old man said it’s the closest thing to rude without getting punched in the face. Great place to go if you are a minority and want to experience exceptional customer service hahahahaha:)

I use this store pretty frequently. Always a good experience. But today was noteworthy. I showed up with 7 packages, some very large, to return to amazon. I’d run out of packing tape, didn’t yet have my labels printed, and I’m about 8.5 months pregnant. As soon as I opened the door, the young lady behind the counter jumped into action, helping me unload my car, sort through packages and scan my return codes from email, tape up my boxes, and printed my receipt. In and out in less than 5 minutes. Amazing customer service!! And the whole time she was super positive, asking me about my baby, which was a nice touch. Just a fantastic experience.
