Extremely short staffed. Went there this morning to purchase two items. They had one person working the register at the photo booth. There was a woman holding up the line trying to get photos printed. I decided to get checked out at the pharmacy instead but I was ignored. All the pharmacists were on the phone. There should be at least one pharmacist available to help customers. Its extremely unprofessional for all of them to be on the phone. The manager should have been helping on registers since a line was forming because of the woman backing up the register trying to get photos printed. At the very least add a self checkout.

JULY 2022: Do NOT order from this store on INSTACART. SCAM drivers pick up here, or shall I say scam the app and then make off with half pay for doing exactly nothing. I used the order online and pickup curbside option for some over the counter items here, and it went well. Friendly and helpful! The photos I had also ordered were ready but they said I had to come in for those (even though the web site said otherwise). AND, they were lousy-- machine needs maintenance.

We made an appointment to get a covid test. Walgreens sent an email confirming the appointment so we drove the 35 minutes to get there. When we arrived we were told the pharmacy closed for the day and we were out of luck. This was 3pm. I asked the lady at check put why no one notified us and she stated that she had no idea she did not work in that depament.

We tried calling the store, and sat on hold for nearly 10 minutes. When the girl finally did answer, we asked her if they had any Nilla Wafers in stock. She said she wasn't sure, so we asked if she was able to check. The girl then hung up on us. This was EXTREMELY rude of her, especially since we were not rude to her.

These people don't want you to get vaccinated!!! Long finger nails in the pharmacy wouldn't even look up to say hello. They're almost making it impossible to get vaccinated with the lies they're telling. How can you advertise walk-in but don't stand by it during these crazy times that were in?? Do better and replace the filthy staff.

Couldn't fill my prescriptions after months of waiting on no less than three prescriptions I finally decided to change pharmacy. The pharmacist was rude and refused to facilitate the transfer.. this after filling the wrong dosages and multiple billing my insurance for the prescriptions they did fill... Find someone else or write a will..

It was super hot because the ac was out! My photo book was not what ready again but Cheyenne stepped up and made it a wonderful experience! I'd hire her and tried to. Great customer service Cheyenne

I have not had very good luck at Walgreens , but every time I get Jacob he manages to make things right and goes the extra mile to provide excellent customer service. It’s amazing how he can get things done that no one else seems to be concerned with. If you need help or you’re told something can’t be done. ( like checking with another store when you’re told they don’t have what you need). Ask for Jacob. He’s the best!

The middle aged brown haired lady at the makeup counter/section is so friendly and helpful. I spent about 30 minutes in the store trying to find my correct shade and when I asked her she immediately helped me and gave me some samples to try. I usually purchase my makeup from Blue Mercury downtown or Ulta so I am unfamiliar with drugstore makeup brands. I felt bad because I ended up only buying 1 thing after being there so long (going to try out the samples and decide which ones to purchase) but will definitely be back to buy my makeup there just because of how friendly and helpful the lady was. Love people that are genuinely interested in their job and kind; truly is hard to find good employment... Hope this store treats her well!
