This particular walgreens is awful. Workers there discriminate you. Managers do not care at all and lie to you. Go to a different walgreens or CVS across the street. After 10 years of coming here, I'm done.

Generally speaking, the service is very slow at this store as i have been here multiple times, however, the last straw for me was the manager's attitude at the Fedex counter when I went there today to drop off a box. It is a Sunday (around 1:30 PM, Oct 2, 2022) and the, poorly trained, manager on duty rudely tells me she can't accept my box because there's no more room left; when, clearly, there was room available for more than just my box. When I pointed out the available space on the shelf, her tone became argumentative and she started ranting defensively. I picked up my box, walked out of the store, and went across the street to UPS, and took care of my business there. She may have been unhappy about her employer or life in general, but, how she acted towards me took away regular business from Walgreens and Fedex. She killed two birds with one stone.

As a covered Muslim-woman, I was hesitant at first about taking my passport pictures but Tiffany (I apologize if I misspelled their name) went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and gave me the pictures within 10 mins of my entrance to the store. Will highly recommend this Walgreens to anyone!

Rude pharmacy staff. This girl wanted me to wait while she helped the drive thru and put away a basket of prescriptions after I had already waited 20 minutes. I won't be going there EVER AGAIN!!!!

COUNT YOUR MEDICATIONS!!! Today I opened up my sealed prescriptions and there was 30 missing pills from my 60 quantity prescription. I went there to get to the bottom of it and the pharmacist said their inventory is 14 short so they’ve given out too many... so to me this means there is someone stealing medications out of people’s prescriptions. He lied and told me he would explain the situation to my doctor and then told my doctor that there’s no way they were incorrect and now I’m going to end up very sick without my medications. I will be switching pharmacies and I have filed complaints within the company and the licensing board. I will not be made to look like a pill abuser because they messed up. Be mindful and always count your medications using them!

Very slow service, especially when dropping off and picking up FedEx packages. Practically ignored by the whole staff.

They are friendly and helpful. They understand that sometimes the customer does not know how things work between the insurance company and the pharmacy. They do everything they can to help you resolve any problems and that means a lot!
