Every time I go into this store, I am sorry that I did. It is a waste of time. I went back to buy another cord for my Samsung phone. I was told on 2 separate occasions that I HAD to buy a specific charger made for my phone (a $22 charger). I went in to purchase another charger because the cord caught on fire at home. I was told the cord melted because of my outlet, but that any decent quality C charger would work. Glad this person was honest with me about that part. Replaced the $22 charger with a nicer one from Walmart.

Called metro to remove a line they told me I needed to come in to the store. Went in the store associate tells me they don’t t do it here that they do it over the phone. I don’t who’s telling the truth now. About to drop the whole service and go to Verizon.

I'm guessing the workers work off of some type of commission. I'm disappointed because I wanted to buy an iPhone, but the worker said if I wanted to buy the phone I was "required" to also purchase a case and screen protector. The worker would not allow me to purchase the phone by itself. Your mileage may vary depending on who you get.

My wife and I have been customers for almost 2 years now. We went into the store tonight intending to purchase a new $600 iPhone for my wife’s birthday. He told us that they didn’t have any iPhone 11’s in stock, even though they had one on display. He didn’t know when they would get one, and that we should just get an unlocked one at Best Buy if they had them. Then he became rude and started hassling me about a mask, so we walked out. There had only been one other person in the store besides us at the time, and we weren’t within 30 feet of each other, and the front door was propped open the entire time.

I purchased a phone on 6/19/21 and had an issue with the transaction mainly a miscommunication. That said the manager was able to make things right and handled the transaction in a professional way. Leaving me an overall positive outlook on Metro PCS.

I just left from purchasing my son an. Iphonr. When asking for an itimized receipt i overheard both representatives talking about me. I was not rude to either one of them. I was annoyed but I informed them i could hear them speaking about me. There was no apology no anything. Before leaving i said a word of asvice wait until a customer leaves before speakong about them. I was given a nice nasty reply. When calling back to ask for a manager i was placed on hold then told there was not one available. To be treated in the manner i was after spending a significant amount of money in this establishment was unacceptable. Im sure if my complexion was a little lighter it wouldve been a different outcome.

Friendly, honest, courteous, professional staff. Dealt with Aaron first time at the store, completed my transaction and purchase with Mario, the store manager, upon my second visit. Both young men were the epitome of knowledgeable and friendly customer service. Highly recommend this location for any MetroPCS transactions.

I went to this location today and did a upgrade for my wife. We got a great deal on her phone and he helped us transfer phone numbers and pictures. The sales rep Ali was outstanding! He was very professional and helpful. Store was very nice and clean. I definitely recommend this location in Rock Hill.

I came into this store looking to transfer over from Straight Talk after having many problems with them. First off I was greeted promptly and helped within a few minutes. After watching the store associates helping the other customers I knew I would be in great hands. Larry helped me save money. If you are looking for phenomenal service then look no further then here. The General Manager was even friendly and funny. Never once did they give me the run around. Straight Forward people who truly care about the customers and not looking to take them for everything they have. Once again if you are looking to switch over please go check them out and they are very knowledgeable people. They even stayed to get me all situated even after they closed. Highly recommendable!
