I was in t mobile yesterday and received exceptional service. Brandon was polite and extremely helpful. When I walked in I was frustrated with my phone and service. And when I left I was delighted to meet such a great person that did everything to make my day brighter. Thank you Brandon.

This by far is the best T-Mobile in Rock Hill area. This used to be an Old Sprint Store so they know how to take care of All Sprint Accounts and they are Phenomenal. I’ve been a T-Mobile customer for years and I’ve watched many times on how they’ve had to fix other stores problems. Make this your number 1 store in this area you will not be disappointed, but some reviews don’t pertain to this store just somebody putting stuff. There’s 6 people and barley any wait times

Phenomenal customer service! The staff was very professional and helpful but i want to specifically highlight two individuals that went above and beyond to cater to my needs. First, Daniel was very personable and informative when it came to choosing the best phone for me. He offered helpful advice and information about different deals I could receive through T-Mobile. He was really advocating for me to buy the 13 pro max but i decided to go with the regular 13 and later regretted it lol. I appreciate the great advice! Second was Brian. When I first went to T-Mobile, Brian was the staff member that worked with me to figure out what exactly to do with my phone which had blacked out on me. I appreciate his patience while I decided if I wanted to get the phone fixed or buy a new one. He also offered some great advice on what to do with old phones. The second time was when I went to exchange my phone size. He made sure all my data was transferred and that i was satisfied with my purchase. Overall this was a great experience at this store! They’ll definitely see me again!

I hate leaving bad reviews, because I know we are all human and we all make mistakes. This unfortunately has been a pretty awful experience in relation to customer service. Mainly because the promotion was not entered correctly. This was in November. We are still getting over charged despite 10 plus hours of being on the phone with local T-Mobile folks and the corporate office people. Follow up is poor on all sides.

Oh my goodness…Today was my first time at this location. This is because they opened at 11:00am on Sunday instead of noon like the previous T Mobile location that I preferred. I must say that Brandon is THE BEST!!!! This young man heard and understood my situation and went all out for me. He calmly stayed on the phone with corporate. He asked all the right questions as he had clearly understood my issue. All this as I was ranting in the background, threatening to drop T Mobile for good. I have been a valued customer for many years. It took him a while but in the end my problem was solved (let me add that I was trying to give them money). Brandon is THE BEST!!!! Thank you young man for your patience and persistency. I will go back to him for all my future T Mobile issues!!

Chandler went above and beyond in customer service. I had an issue that took a week to get fixed. She checked in and asked if everything was good once it was fixed. She made sure I understood what was happening every time I called.
