This location does not have a drive through, wasted gas and time when going to this area. Google states it’s a drive through and clearly there isn’t one.

not so friendly service when I arrived.. no one greeted me & one of the baristas got upset with me when I told her that the cashier didn’t ring me up for the correct drink.

My second day visiting this Starbucks location!! I am highly satisfied! They got my order perfect both days. I will return. Their Frappuccinos are perfect consistency and NOT WATERY!!

This Starbucks is quieter cozier and the baristas get to know their customers. There are regulars who come and most acknowledge each other or exchange conversation. Mostly everyone is friendly.

Best Starbucks in the Germantown/ Collierville bubble. The Baristas are great and the coffee is AMAZING. Don't let anyone tell you that all Starbucks are the same... it's only as good as the barista behind the bean. 😜

I really like this Starbucks but I was disappointed with my visit there last week. It was my first time to order the Apple Crisp Macchiato. It asked for it upside down so it would be well blended. When the barista gave me my drink I could see all the syrup at the bottom. I was not impressed considering it was $7 coffee.

The Starbucks we visited at Germantown and poplar was absolutely fantastic! The young lady working the counter was incredibly polite, friendly and very helpful as well! Very nice calm vibe, clean facility and I will frequent this location whenever I'm in that part of town!
