Went around 5:00, no crowd, or long line, but when I tried to order "dirty rice" they were out, went through the list of sides and decided "slaw", they were OUT of that too!!!! Sounds like poor planning on this stores part.

** Ty Samantha!! I went back 2wks later with my receipt & she replaced the 2 gallons no problem! This tea tasted like the legendary Bojangles sweet tea I ❤️!! ** On 6-18 picked up 2 half gallons of sweet tea this past Saturday & they looked funny as soon as she handed them to me. I tried telling the lady at the window this, but she wasn’t listening. I sampled some of one & it was awful compared to the great tea they usually have!! Why couldn’t they have better customer service & tea?? Will try again….

Manager, Tiffany, was rude and would not honor posted prices. Ordered and realized they had overcharged. Asked nicely to refund between what they charged and what the posted price was. Was told no, nothing she could do. Cashier suggested to ring it again with a discount to cover it. She said no, didn't want to be bothered with the paperwork. Told her to give my money back and went and ate elsewhere. No excuse for poor customer service.

The chicken sandwich was big and juicy like the advertisements. Cashier not familiar with promotions so I paid more then I should have. Very good food.

Not really sure what the problem was this morning asked for some napkins because there was Dr Pepper dripping off the cup, the guy at the window started yelling and threw the napkins into my truck and told me to F off. I didn’t know it was so offensive to ask for napkins.

The food here is amazing, it's the never ending list of excuses every single time you go that makes it only 3 stars. We have coffee but no cups, ice machine is broken, we don't have any chicken, we don't have dark meat, we don't have any dipping sauces, we don't have coleslaw, it'll be a 15 minute wait for a sandwich, the credit card machine is down. These are just a few examples from recent individual visits. This store appears poorly managed. I get that things haven't been the same since COVID but it's been literally every visit lately.

My friend and I stopped here on vacation. Found a hair baked in the chicken. Both of our biscuits had what looked and unfortunately tasted like lotion or deodorant or soap baked into it as well. Upon inspection we found giant white chunks of the substance. Absolutely disgusted.

Ordered salad, out of salad. Ordered grilled sandwich, had to wait 10 minutes. Pulled up to wait. Brought sandwich out, had to back up to drive thru for rest of my order. On a positive note, food was good and hot.

We really enjoy going to this Bojangles. The employees are quick and have great customer service skills. The only complaint I could ever have is needing more condiments such as hot sauce and honey and it's forgotten every other time. But in the employee's defence they're usually busy at those times so I understand. Thank you also for the military discount allowing me to be able to afford to feed my family Bojangles chicken at least once a month.

I’ve never been to one of these locations before but I did not have many options so let’s try something different. The location appeared to be under construction or something of that sort maybe everything was just blocked off because of the pandemic I’m not really sure. The food was not good at all. Everything was cold and dry as if it was sitting out for a long period of time. This may have been partly my fault because I ended up at this location right before they closed. It’s obvious they do not cooked to order they mass produce and set it out on the line in a Buffay style behind the counter. I would not return to this location.
