I had no idea how to send pictures of mine to other people so I went into the Metro store I had bought the phone from and,I really was embarrassed to say I'm computer dummy and explained want I wanted and the nice lady there not only showed me how to do it she also showed me other things that really helped me out. Every Metro store I have been in has always help me and are very polite and professional about everything you need. Thank you again Metro.

This place is a racquet. They advertise a free phone with a 2nd line...but font stock the free ones they want to hook you on an upgrade. I dont do business with sheisters. I guess it works on people that are stuck and have to accept their bad business habits. Me i was tryin to help a. Friend by getting them a phone. Id never even pay my bill here. No integrity.

Great customer service and communication skills. Was able to move a line from one MPCS account to another, pay my bill, and get my upgrade all in one visit without any hassle at all. Thank you, Jessica! In response to a review I saw when reading others before writing mine, I am a white male with messy hair and smelt like dish water and armpit when I came in. Pretty sure there isn't a discrimination problem else I would have ran straight into it (maybe you forgot to mention an attitude you may have had?). The people working at this location are very tolerant and if they have a problem with you, it's probably your personality and overall lack of tact.

Updated 1/7/18 Came in with a different network phone and the employee tasked with helping me did so. At first, my phone wasn't reading the MPCS SIM card, but in troubleshooting etc. he got it to work. In the meantime, he didn't haggle me to buy a MPCS phone (although he did inform me of the ongong special offers) and was kind to me throughout the process. Previous: My in-person customer service experience here wasn't perfect- but it has improved since. I bought a brand new phone, but because I know I can get a good & inexpensive case online, I decided not to buy from one at the store. One of the employees was unprofessional about it, making a face because I would "most likely drop it". Obviously that's probable, but her attitude was unnecessary. At the same time, I do understand that they are forced to also sell the phone accessories. Nevertheless, since my visit I have been contacted twice regarding if I've had any problems or concerns with my new phone- which I incredibly appreciate. On top of that, I should note that the employee I checked out with was also very patient with me. I was having trouble deciding between two phones but she didn't rush me and instead provided some guidance.

As with many MetroPCS stores, accessibility and convenience are easily available..however quality customer service and efficient knowledge service is not always present in stores . The Staff are knowledgeable, genuine and professional in providing, The Best, and customer support in the 512. I added a line, new device and payed an outstanding balance all in less time than any I expected. Highly Recommend. Keep up the good work!

Went in 2 different times, once to pay my bill the second day to update my phone both times i was skipped over by an employee who chose to help another customer even though i was standing in line waiting and each time it was to a male who spoke Spanish (the employees also spoke Spanish to each other, when they asked who was next). I had even walked up to the counter and he walked away from me standing at the counter and went directly to the male behind me. I believe this is very unprofessional and believe just because I'm a woman who is white doesn't mean you can over look me. I will be taking my business else where along with reporting this to the BBB. They need to learn better customer service skills.
