This is by far the greatest phone store I have been to in Austin. Not only were the ladies there kind curtious and absolutely patient with me they are highly knowledgeable about they're stuff. They have the sweetest personalities and I never have been treated with so much attention and care. I know not many places can say this about they're phone store but I have to tell you they took the time to help me find my pin code they remembered my first name and actually spoke to me other then trying to sell me on a bigger plan. Those Girls Rock Thank you Ladies

Its ok . i just don't like that my internet was slow even when it was unlimited. Sometimes my text would not come or out. I had problems no matter when i used this company. Hopefully it gets better.

Very disappointed walked in to buy a phone and was looking for rosie which is one of the girls that usually helps me and one of the managers told me she was let go for doing stuff its so sad that they just get rid of the good ones shes always helping me out even giving me free cases i even went in the few months back to pay my bill and i didn't have enough money and she paid the rest for me out of her pocket. all the girls they have now are just so rude and charge too much.

how can you sell a phone that has not been checked from the warehouse to the store inventory and make a customer wait 3 hours and not refund them the $15.00 so call installation fee it's more the commission fee. yea merry christmas hahaha! your phone don't work! you can wait!

I do not recommend alot of problems with the phone line and internet can't count on it can not be trusted so don't get this for you kids if you want to stay in contact with them cricket wireless is alot better

The staff couldn't answer the most basic questions about the phones. One got snippy with me when she had to go to her computer to tell me how much RAM was in the phone. 😔
