I ordered Oct 10th. I was told My delivery would be here Monday. It’s Thursday 8:20 pm and we still haven’t heard from anybody. If I’d known all this I promise you I would have paid 1000$ more at conns. At least it would have been installed as well. And on time. Still haven’t received product. Yet when it’s time to pay then communication will be perfect and on time. NEVER AGAIN

Great store and wonderful employees. But i Had a 43 inch tv and ps4 from them 4 yrs ago and it got stolen and they still wont allow me to purchase anything. After montly with my payments i paid the $10 extra dollars a month for the insurance for fire,damange or theft. Dont feel they stood up to their word and was just taking extra money for no reason. Now they wont me to pay money back on something they already charged off and put on my credit...

At beginning of pandemic I ordered a washer and dryer. The washer delivered the spin was broken. Delivered a floor model that dispensers are broken and I've had that thru out the pandemic while paying mylease. a few days late paying and they harass and aren't so kind, except for Joe. Thank you. Still waiting on person to call me about exchanging out the washer for a fully functioning one

As far as my friends and I we would not SHOP anywhere else. You can't beat the prices, the personnel or Management.. Things have changed all over the world. We all have to learn to cope. Can you imagine the pressure the employees have on them to be pleasant to a person who wants everything at the snap of a finger. Be glad they are there. Alot of us are frustrated with the mess going on in the world. Just thank them for all they do. It will work out. Just enjoy the pretty items the entertainment items you are trusted with. I have several items and love all of them. I would not have any of these quality items if it were not for the employees in the Baytown Store. Let's all give them a high five. I went in and the guy helping me, Xavier was very professional. He knew he had a lot of customers to help and tried to be as quick as possible but I didn’t feel rushed at all! He kept talking and was friendly. The whole staff was friendly and very positive. They answered all of my questions and worked with me on delivery details to fit my needs!

I have had a wonderful experience with Aaron's with a previous purchase with a much better manager, however, that isn't the case with the current purchases. For 2months I have been arguing with the Garth Rd Baytown team. They continually call EVERYDAY, multiple times a day for payment that I've already made. It's on my bank Statement that the transactions were made and yet magically they didn't apply to my account. For 2 months I have been telling them the same thing. So here I am. Waiting for the district manager to contact me....

Definitely not recommending this Aaron’s at all. Customer service is horrible. I made a late payment and someone from accounting (woman) kept Interrupting me, while I was attempting to explain why I paid late. Pulse she had refused to give me an extension the first time so that’s why the payment was late. This is the only store I know that does not give extensions and it was my very first extension request. Definitely will be contacting BBB

I ordered some furniture from them is was supposed be delivered on Friday October 13 well I waiting all day for it to come I call them at 4.30 and he said it will be there at 7.15 that I call again he still said that it would be there .Well at 10.00 that still no furniture.I took my dog and to my surprise I found a note on my door from them saying that they try to deliver my furniture and we was note home.On Saturday morning I call and I was not a happy person. He said that he don't know what time they can deliver My furniture. I told him I would be up there to get my money back Well went I got to the store THERE DID NOT EVEN SAID THAT THEY WAS SORRY OR NOTHING I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN
