Man! I can see why people say Best Buy is going out of business. We went there this Sunday, and when we first got there the parking lot looked like a ghost town. Once we got in there we asked two workers for help, and both of them said they would send over a salesman to help us. Why couldn't they just help us themselves? Finally I got tired of waiting and saw the printer that I wanted on one of the top shelves. There was a stocking ladder nearby so I moved it to where the printer was, climbed the ladder and brought the printer down. There were no workers around to tell me not to climb the ladder. If I didn't need the printer right away I would have left and gone somewhere else. I was going to buy a Bose soundbar as well, but decided this Best Buy did not deserve my business. If I would have to guess, I would say this Best buy is probably going out of business within a year, maybe six months.

Was just browsing the store for some Christmas presents and grabbed some Pokemon cards. Took it to the front and was told "These don't release until the 14th and we can't sell them to you." I kinda feel like if you made the mistake of putting them out on the floor you should still sell them to the customer.

It really bothers me when you try to call Best Buy and you get a call center And it takes hours before anyone calls you back this is for the College Station Best Buy, The Best Buy in baytown great great. My problem was fixed onec I was able to get In touch with the Corporate office and the store manager at your Best Buy in Baytown. BUT IT TOOK ME ABOUT 4 HOURS TO GET THE PROBLEM FIXED, 😱😤

Ordered 2 Items for Curb Side Pick Up, Only One was Brought Out. Ordered them at the same time but Had to Wait for the Second which never came. Employee said He would check on the second item. The App kept crashing when I would attempt to check on its status. The App eventually worked but the Employee never came out with the Item so I had to go inside and show them the confirmation screen so I could receive my Item. 3 Star Experience at Best.

This store seems smaller than some of the other Best Buy stores that I've been in. The staff was very friendly. I was greeted when I came and I was asked several times if I needed any help. I was surprised to see toys in the store, if y'all need any LOL dolls or Barbie you might want to check here!!
