Terrible service, couldn't understand the guy talking to me, conned us into a service plan WE DIDNT EVEN NEED, because we were only there to reactivate the phone only to be told that we BOUGHT. A whole new PLAN when this wasn't what we wanted in the slightest I asked for help and dude says can't help you call the help line. Terrible service terrible company

This store refused to tell me when I was due for an upgrade after calling in. Claimed I had to come into the store. Refused to get anyone else to help. It's an extremely simple task.

Went to purchase a phone for my son as a birthday gift. RAJA G. advised the iPhone XR was initially $399 plus tax & activation fees. As we began the checkout process he advised he will include a “gift” for my sons birthday. Which was nice (I thought) once the checkout was complete he gives us the receipt & goes over the listed items. He added a speaker, screen protector & case for an additional $100 which was the “free gift”. The phone on the receipt shows $499! Which was NOT the original price he gave us. He argued me & my spouse up & down he told us the phone was $499, no way we BOTH heard $499 in the beginning! We called 3 other stores locally to compare prices & the others were all $399! We asked to cancel the sale to go elsewhere to a honest store, he advised there is a restocking fee for a phone we never physically had (he didn’t have the XR in store, we were going to another location to pick it up). You shouldn’t have to lie to your customers just to get a commission sale. Next step will be to contact the BBB.
