The employees are very nice and friendly, two ladies acknowledged me and my husband as we walked in and helped me with getting a new phone. The manager (Asian or Korean) how ever seemed pretty rude, didn't speak to us when we walked in our even acknowledge us as we told him bye when leaving, however someone walked in, the same ethnicity as him, and he spoke to them clear and friendly had ever. Not sure how to feel

Sales associate there once was a jerk when we were there the only reason was process "we needed" would take too long "we closed". His slow motion caused his problem, but his attitude was rude. He was unprofessional, matter of fact he deserves 0 stars.
