I came for an oil and air filter change. I was told that they couldn’t change the oil filter due to it being close to the computer? 🤔 I get my air filter changed regularly with my oil and I have never been told it couldn’t be done. You would think they would know how to do this being in the business they’re in. Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Although service was quick I was dissatisfied because they left a rattling noise in my vehicle and It didnt have it when I arrived I dont plan to come back and I wouldnt recomended

They put 5w30 in the engine when it is only recommended to put 0w20 and 5w20. Thicker oil can cause leaky gaskets and valves. Degrading the longevity of the engine.

The sign said $39,95, but they charged me $75.07. He said it was because my 2009 VW Jetta was better off with synthetic oil. He didn't tell me the price would be double. Not happy with the shady business deal.

I like this place. They have been busy but professional service which they show up made me happy. They change oil, filter and ✔️ checked water, air on tire. I didn't tell to them about. Also they suggested place where I can get spare tire. Also nice place - La Plants Co. To tell you true in general I like ElPaso. all people there very kind.

A young employee tried to pocket $40 from a car inspection! My mom went in today for an inspection and a young employee said he couldn’t do it because she was missing a plastic on one light and it was part of the inspection. She explained she was on the process to change the whole light because someone stole that plastic it’s not sold by itself, but she understood and would come back once it was replaced. He quickly replied he would do it for her this time, but that she would have to pay an extra $40 plus the $20 for the inspection. She of course didn’t like this and when to a different shop where they told her they said it was no problem since the light worked fine without that plastic. She paid the regular $20 there and was on her way. Shame on that employee for trying to take advantage of the situation for his personal gain.

Full synthetic oil change is only 55 dollars they vacuum your car and check for anything else your car needs and let you know so you can make the decision on buying the part they need to replace. And its really fast and professional im always in and out in 10 to 15 min really do recommend
