I am truly satisfied with my experience I had at the g wireless in Grand Prairie. I walked in with problems going on with my phone not charging for at least 2 months, and I was out in less than 10 minutes with a working phone. The customer service was great! Everyone there was happy to serve me and very helpful!

I am a pipeliner an always traveling an breaking my phone is a casual thing but no other store compares to not only just their prices on literally anything but how fast an precise they are an the service is the best they are really determined to fix every problem I have everytime I walk in.I usually get Tony an he is always respectful an gets everything I need done in less than what I was expecting.

I love this store , I’ve gotten numerous phones fixed and unlocked at G-Wireless and I’ve never had a problem. The girl with the purple hair is always nice and easy to communicate with. Also the manager Ray is always friendly and always gives great deals! Definitely recommend everyone come here for your phone services!

This place is amazing! I went to another cell phone repair place that “repaired my screen”….. The last two times I came out with something else wrong with the phone. The mic went out, and on the following repair, the phone started powering on and off every couple of minutes. The old place (Fast and Friendly repair) kept trying to make me spend more money saying other things were wrong when I knew that they’d just put a faulty screen on the phone. I finally brought my phone to G wireless. They were very thorough and replaced the screen after testing the phone and realizing that there were no other issues. The phone is now working perfectly! On top of that, I went in the store a little annoyed because the previous place gave me the run around for three weeks and they remained so professional and friendly! I would absolutely recommend them to any and everyone!
