The absolute WORST pharmacy I've every used!!!! The pharmacist seems to think he can decide whether or not a legal prescription from a doctor is valid or not and if the dosage is to high and in doing so, causes you to go without your prescription for days at a time while he plays doctor to get his ego boost. This is a continued occurrence every time I try to get a refill. Thanks for all of the ridiculous inconveniences you've continued to cause Mr. Pharmacy Doctor guy... What a joke!

The asian pharmacist is in charge is the nicest and most knowledgeable person I have ever met. He is quite possibly the most attractive pharmacist I've ever had the pleasure of meeting as well. 10/10 would go again.

This CVS has to have the most rudest, arrogant and hateful pharmacist I have ever had the misfortune to have to deal with!! I'd give them a - 0 but there's nowhere to put such a score.The pharmacist is an Asian male who told me triumphantly that HE was IN CHARGE when I asked to speak to his supervisor after he refused to give me my prescription because I had a picture ID the police department gave me since COVID has closed the DPS from going in to change my Driver's License in person.Everyone else accepts this form of ID, understanding the pandemic has changed our country's issues with public places.I literally was in tears and in extreme pain.They seriously need to fire this poor excuse for a pharmacist.

They give my wife a hard time almost every time she picks up a UPS package for me, the UPS policy states someone can pick up a package for you if they have a copy of the receiving persons I.D.

Worst CVS out there. I scheduled for a COVID booster shot then received an email saying my appointment was cancelled. I didn’t cancel the appointment so I called to receive more information about that and was left on hold for 30 minutes before giving up. It looks like this location is known for not answering the phone or properly attending to customers. Definitely wouldn’t recommend coming to this location.

I just recently moved here from Coppell Texas and I’ve been going to the CVS and it’s been OK but today I was assisted at the register by Elizabeth as it shows on my receipt and I must say I won’t be checking out with her ever again simply because she wanted to be stingy with CVS issued coupons that I have used countless number of times at multiple CVS locations. If CVS did not want me to use these coupons they would not send me the same one twice in the same week hence I use them weekly without issues

For the last year this CVS has had the rudest mist u professional pharmacists on staff ever .I haven't given poor reviews in thinking I always got an odd one .but no , they have always been this way. . Tonight , as a favor to a patient who uses CVS , I was in the middle of giving a particupar important prescription that I didn't it want to leave on voice mail and after giving half the data and prescription, the phamacist said he needed to leave and give an immunization for me to wait on hold or repeat l my information the voice mail !!!. Just unbelievable rudeness .and I professionalism .I had about 12 seconds to to ... but no , he left . I will it use CVS unless it is the only one in town And this was after having waited for 15 minutes to speak in person with a pharmacist . So many other better choices ... They have consistently been rude and poor in taking prescriptions in over a year .... Something has happened to the ohamacy industry in places like CVS and Walgreens .

The employees here are insanely rude and disrespectful. My mom came in for syringes. She’s a diabetic, and everywhere around here has been blown out for some reason. The CVS employees *literally* laughed at her and treated her horribly, refusing to sell them to her. If you have a protocol on syringes, that’s whatever, you know? But don’t treat your customers like garbage, especially ones who are in need. No one working the Drive Thru pick up/drop off has everything once been nice in previous times either. We’ve reported to corporate with not even so much as a “Hi, sorry you had a bad experience, we’ll get back to you.” So it seems no one cares how their employees are treating their customers with multiple complaints just on Google alone.

I had to go here to get a prescription because my kids mother uses CVS. I first went inside and stood in line for 30 minutes. Then was told it'd take another 30 minutes for my kids prescription to be filled. They recommend i take the drive through line to pick up. So I did. Another 45 minutes of waiting behind 4 cars there and I got what I needed. They didn't have a line full of people getting covid tests or Nothing. They were just not moving at a fast pace at all. Very frustrated with this location. Do not recommend. Just go to Wal mart people
