After surgery, my sister and I went to pick up my prescription (a narcotic) in the drive through. The lady working the drive thru was rude as hell. We could barely hear her and she was annoyed with us requesting her to repeat herself. She tried to tell me that my insurance would not cover the 8 pill prescription and would only fill 6. She was told that it was a worker comp insurance. She was annoyed and asked for proof although I had the card. She was provided with proof and then stated it would be 20 minutes. Ok, no problem. My sister returned in person. The lady proceeded to throw my prescription on the counter for the young man assisting at the counter. The prescription was actually for 30. Wondering what her plan was for the 24 she didn't want me to have? For the record, I hate narcotics!

Called at 8am when they opened. Spoke to a man and requested to have medications transferred. By 4pm no update. Called to confirm and they did not find my information. No refills and they could not identify who the person was that took my call

Filling my prescriptions here for a year. The last time I was told they could not feel it because it was different than a previous dosage and that the insurance company would not pay for it. Insured they had the correct insurance information and according to the app everything was fine for a minute. Then the app requested my insurance information after I had already given it in person at the store. Then they listed it as processing and it stayed there for a solid week. Went back in the store after a week and they said well the insurance won't cover it. I'm moving all my prescriptions to CVS

Pharmacy is worst one around. Do Not Go There! After waiting over half hour in line (I was sick and didn't want to infect others by going inside) they ripped me off of $18. Card machine was down. Gave them a $20 for a $1.20 prescription. Change is given back in a sealed and stapled envelope. There was only 80cents. The receipt even said $2. I didn't have 2 ones...that's why I gave the 20. Tried calling and after 2 tries of being on hold for 20 minutes, it just hangs up!! Horrible, horrible, horrible. Someone is a thief in that store...and seem to have a good racket going and getting away with it. Seniors, watch yourselves.

Racial profiled everytime I come into this store. This one particular employee pretends like he's stocking or checking bar codes on the same aisle I'm on. During my last store visit, the photo employee offered to check out the white gentleman standing behind me in the checkout line. & I was the next person in line to check out. Am I invisible?? I use to come into this store for red tag clearance and medical needs. But I rather spend my money where I'm treated equally.

Would give zero stars if I could. My prescriptions were called in yesterday at 10 am. I'm here the next day at 1:30 and they still aren't filled and won't be until later this evening. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. This pharmacy is a joke.

Waited 45 minutes for a 9:20 am vaccine appointment. They probably wouldn't have gotten me in when they did if I hadn't told them to cancel my appointment after waiting so long. Pharmacy personnel were wearing masks under their nose instead of proper way. This is the worst experience I've had at a Walgreens pharmacy. Definitely won't return.

I give this Walgreens a 1-star because there's no option for no stars. They have the worst customer service in Greenville Texas. One of the older ladies that works there can hardly ever find your prescription. I've been up there several times, and there was only one person in front of me, and it took her over 20 minutes at least three times, that I know of, to wait on one person because she couldn't find their prescription. I have to use this place because of insurance purposes. If you have a choice I would go somewhere else.

Sabrina and Nila are extremely rude. I went into the store to take advantage of a special they were having on Halloween candy. All the candy was mixed up on the shelves. I tried to explain the offer based on the advertising. Both cashiers were sarcastic, disrespectful and rude. They either need to work separately as to not gang up on customers or they need to be fired. Nila was especially rude, to the point she interrupted the manager when he was even speaking with me regarding the situation. The manager did make it right, but I am so irritated I will be shopping down the street at CVS moving forward. And recommend those reading this review do the same.

By far the BEST customer service I’ve ever had at any retailer helping me out today. So my Jeep had issues and I had to wait for a ride, they let me come in with my service dog and new kitten I just adopted for 4 hours, so I could sit in the back in the AC while I waited for my ride. Amazing manager and team! Thank you again! (Was also clean and fully stocked full of goods!) GREAT customer service!
