Had money being deposited direct to my chase account through the 2021 year for covid relief and irs upwards of 10-12k+ throughout the year. Deposited in large amounts from 5k to 8.4k im not so tech savy so i would go and ask for the balance in person every 3 weeks or so and check to see if the money had been deposited and they would always tell me no that there was no money deposited. It wasnt till I did my income tax at the end of the year that i realized there is a questionable 10k-12k that i have questioned who took it out and they say i went there and took it out in person i ask for video proof but since its been well over 6 months a they dont keep records that old. i could never get any help from the workers there. this isnt the first time i had an issue with money with chase about 4 or 5 years ago i had realized someone took out around 500 dollars and i did get that back after i caught it, the bank didnt. for these reasons im going to another bank might.

Horrible customer service ATM wont work properly for the 3rd time my money got stuck in the ATM i ask for help the just ask me to call customer service, customer service lied about when i was supposed to get my temporary credit. Horrible service

DONT BOTHER COMING HERE IF YOU ARE IN A RUSH. I repeat, DO NOT DO IT! you will be waiting at LEAST 30 minutes for the drive thru line, even if there is only one car in front of you. Only has two atms and one walk up. Especially don’t go if it’s lunch hour or the weekend. You won’t be seen through the drive thru tellers for about an hour or more. ATM Lines go all the way to the street at times. I always tell myself not to come here because when I do I regret it. I have been sitting in line for 30 minutes now even thought there was only one car in front of me. Also, they take care of everyone inside first before they’ll even handle your situation. Super small parking lot too.

Am here just here for a COPY! of my transactions! I got here at 11:56am it’s know 12:58 pm and I was told I will wait 15min ... I have seen 8 different staff members one in a long enjoyable convo with a client! The only one helping but she is just having a laugh the other one apparently taking clients names! For waiting on her phone like nothing! Then I guess the GM with the fancy heels finally attended us ! 1:02 I guess they saw me writing this! Lol still hurry up!

I went in to a chase bank location today 8/4/2018 at 1:15. I was coming in to ask about a business doc. It was pretty busy so I took a seat. I didn’t see a sign in sheet. After 15 mins I stood to take a call and then I saw a sign in sheet. I hadn’t seen it because there was a employee standing in front of it when I came in. I filled it out and that employee comes over and tells me I can’t be seen because they’re about to close and there’s too many people ahead of me. I told him I’ve been here a while, I didn’t see the sign in sheet til now. He said “I didn’t see you in here and I was not standing in front of the sheet”. His demeanor was as if he thought I was lying. I was shocked. I understand your busy but he shouldn’t assume I’m lying because he didn’t notice I was here. I stayed calm and I sat down. I then waited 5 mins and decided to leave. Before I left, I informed him that I was offended by how he had treated me. He tells me, well I didn’t see you so.... then a cop walks over while we were talking and stood there as if I was being aggressive or loud which i was not. I was calm and polite and I was not talking fast. I was simply informing the employee that I was offended by his demeanor towards me and I told him I would go ahead and leave. I also asked him was he mistreating me because of I was black. Then the cop abruptly jumps into the conversation and says “why it have to be about color”.... he had not been there for the conversation and he comes in on my last statement and says that to me. He stood there like he was ready to tackle me. I was so shocked about the injustice and manner they handled me. I am extremely offended and cannot believe this can be tolerated at any location for chase. The officer did not act descent or respectful towards me. He intimidated me and came off very unprofessional. He seemed so agreesive and like a bully. I can’t help but sit and think of how bad they treated me. The manager did come over and apologize for there behavior after I explained it to her, and she explained that theyve had some problems recently. I did appreciate that but I think that their way of treating me was confrontational, stereotyping and out of line... I know I didn’t deserve that. I am truly rethinking having my business and personal account at chase. This was absurd. I see this on tv, but for it to happen to me overwhelmed me.

No ATMs in the area ever hardly work. There’s several but you would have to wait in line only for the ONE that’s working. I called to see what was going on and the operator told me that they don’t send people to fix it. They just wait for a customer to call so they can walk them through the process on how to fix it. Without pay haha. Chase is a money hungry greedy bank. I’m switching to Wells Fargo. At least their ATMs are fine most of the time

The parking lot is extremely small. They closed all the drive thru lanes expect for 1 that is only for business accounts. Inside they closed most customer service windows. They usually only have 1 employee working so expect a long line and wait.

Just walked out of this place. They only have one drive up lane for Business, they removed the two other regular banking lanes and turned one in to a drive up ATM and one for an exit. So total of two ATMs. I had to park and go inside because I needed to make a payment. Once inside the bank, there was three long lines. Two for the walk up ATMs, being attended by a careless employee. The other was for the tellers and there was ONLY TWO tellers helping customers both inside and outside. I understand Chase is cutting staff and replacing them with technology but this is ridiculous!! Very inconvenient; especially on a Friday. Unacceptable customer service!

Not even the 1 star is deserved. I never come to this bank but since my children go to the church that is behind the bank I decided to go to make a deposit. The first time I went I decided to go inside since their freaking drive thru lanes were close except the commercial lane. As soon as I open the door I couldn't even go inside cause their was a BIG line maybe more that 20 customers waiting or even more. So I just left. Today I decided to go again but went to the commercial lane drive thru, I ask the lady can I make a deposit I have personal account and she told me this lane is only for commercial customers of you wanna get down. So I ask so why don't yall open a drive thru for personal account customers and she said cause of traffic. So whats the difference between a customer with personal account and a customer with commercial account? The traffic is still there. For me this is discrimination to customers with personal accounts. They need to treat customers equally. By the way they only have 2 tellers working. This issues had happend Saturdays. I'm really upset with this branch. They need to close it or make it bigger if traffic is the problem. Which I don't think so cause maybe if they had more people working it will be less traffic.
