If I could rate as lower I would. The inexperience of the personnel at this location definately questions my business relationship. The manager, Christian Williams and personnel, Marlene Cruz were very inexperienced in processing my request. I should have known when I walked into the branch and recognized a disgruntle customer in a wheelchair that I wouldn't get the service that a banking customer should recieve. In that, I simply mean to ensure the customer has the best experience that is within a represenative ability, stellar customer service and efficent. None of which I received at this branch. It was more hand holding, excuses and no accountability. I have, however, filed a formal complaint with the Federal Reserve and I am confident they handle the lack of accountability this branch display. Additionally, I've let my business partners, family and friends know to NOT extend any business or services with this institution for fear of failure, lack of experience and no oversight.

If I could give them ZERO STARS I WOULD. The African American Branch manager is a true definition of a Oreo. Shes very unprofessional, miserable, and clearly has no man at home! Using her authority against others to make .herself feel superior. She wasn't lived properly ever!! She closed my account because I read her her rights. She disrespected me first then played victim. Typical bitter black scorned black woman

I've banked with regions for years, the drive thru service has gone from bad to worse. Even in the lobby takes for ever 🙁

A little frustrated as an Irma refugee that my accounts have to be closed because I do not have a permanent address. I was told its a Federal Law, after 9/11, but it seems to be only Regions enforcing account closure.
