Worst customer service. Female employee knows nothing about Jordans. Kept flirting with 2 hood guys that stunk like weed. Brought me a box of Jordans that was crushed. Ghetto. I had to walk out. Never again.

Went in for an exchange for shoes purchased online. Sales staff were all so friendly and professional. Store was very well organized and the staff made sure that that they were attentive to the customer's needs. My exchange was very hassle free!

Ask for Corey a young professional he was so helpful and has the best customer service. I went there to find my 14-year-old shoes for school Corey hooked us up in no time. He didn't know I was on a budget however he picked the perfect shoes in my price range. He didn't try to sell me the highest price shoes he sold the popular choice for my son's age group. He did a great job and the cashier as well very helpful. Corey you rock! Train him to run that store and footlocker won't have a shoe left! I love to see our young Hebrew children working hard. That young man is only 18 and carried himself like he was the Owner. Invest in that child he has a gift. I don't know him but every time I get some shoes I want only Corey. Thank you for helping me out. I didn't want to see my child's face if he picked a shoe and I could not afford it at the time. It's like he felt it and saved me and permitted me to keep my best Mommy Crown😁😁
