What can I say...just the place to go to for some amazingly priced items. Picked up a tool drawer system on wheels. For the price and construction, it is just perfect!

Had to run in after welding rods after work on way home , fast convent had what was needed , cashier greeted me, said whare to find them, as I rushed across to the iles . Checked out quickly n painlessly, back on highway I went.

Nice, clean Harbor Freight. Had a bit of trouble finding the clamps I was looking for, but eventually got them. The check out line was a reasonable wait and the cashier was very friendly and quick.

I wanted to buy a trailer which is not available for online purchase. I joined their inside track club just to get the extra 10% discount. I got the ticket with the sku from the display but when I presented it at the register the cashier would not ring it up because it was not in stock. I asked if I could pay to get the discount now because this was the last day of the sale and pick it up when it arrived. The cashier asked the manager but he just shook his head no emphatically and rushed off as if he did not want to discuss it nor deal with me. The poor cashier could see my great displeasure and was just left there apologizing. Harbor Freight does have some good deals but their product quality is really "hit n miss" . I either find myself very pleased or very disappointed. I do hold their credit card but I find myself less and less inclined to shop with them as my negative experiences outweigh the positive experiences.

Very friendly staff and one or two of them actually know what they're talking about, which in this day and age is a rare thing. Very clean and organized, well stocked despite the supply problems the whole country is experiencing. Thumbs up for this place

I like this Harbor Freight store on Aldine Mail Route just west of the Eastex Fwy. I think it just opened recently. The store is clean and well lighted with good merchandise presentation and minimal out of stocks. Store associates are friendly and help. 20% off one item coupons are available on the Harbor Freight app or in the newspaper.
