The experience I had at this metro was by far the worst! I believe the guys' name is Diego. I purchased the 60 plan with a phone. when I went to pay my bill the next month I noticed my internet was so slow so I asked the person that attended me if she could see what was wrong. she kept telling me I have the 30 dollar plan when I specifically paid for the 60 so he ripped me off on the plan and charged me for the accessories which he said were free! metro has hired a very dishonest person! NEVER GOING BACK!!!! I GIVE THIS STORE NO STARS!

This metro pcs is actually the nicest I've seen from the store to the staff, they're very helpful and knowledgeable specially MR Arian he takes care of his customers all the time, he hooked me up with a free phone and gave me free accessories with it. great location and great environment
