This place is terrible. They have horrible customer service skills. I walked into the store and they just stared at me. I said "hello" to one of the clerks more than once and she continued to just stare at me without saying a word. Didn't greet me or anything. She then laughed, mumbled something under her breath in Spanish, and started to play on her phone. From the moment I walked into the store I felt judged. She made my experience at this store very uncomfortable and unpleasant. Terrible customer service. I will not be visiting this store again.

This place sucks. I cancelled 2 of my 4 phones due to them not helping me at all. I decided to go to cricket. An enjoying the phone better now. Metro was no longer good, once bought by T-Mobile.

A few months back I bought a phone and activated a line here. I had the phone for 2 weeks and it turned off and never turned back on. I went in because they have a 14 day policy I was at 13 days. They refused to exchange the phone in store. So they sent it off to get repaired. They told me one day turn around I called in next evening before closing and they said they didnt have it. This was a Thursday, Friday I went in and the guy said it was at another store so I asked for store address he refused to give it to me and said to call back later on, so I did. Again he said he didnt have it. I didnt get my phone until tuesday of the next week. They kept making up excuses. Mind you I use my phone for buisness purposes and lost alot of work from those days. Now a week ago I went in and gave them another chance. I went in to get a bluetooth headset. I wanted a cheap one since I work in construction and they dont last much I explained that to them the same guy kept insisting I get a 60$ LG headset that they were very good and last long and he promised I would have no issues. I believed him and bought it. Now a week later it stoped charging and he says call LG it has a warranty!! Hes the one that promised I would have no problems with it and here I am again!!! If you know whats good for you I would go else where these people will say anything to sell you something and not stand behind their word at all!!! I will be reporting them directly to metro pcs and the BBB
