Absolutely horrible service i went to get my inspection done from the start the place was shady i should of just left but i still went to do it so then i get the inspection and they first charge me 25$ before they say anything and then they tell me it couldn’t be done because my ob2 did not work so basically they charged for doing absolutely nothing,disgusting service i wang my money back and also they mistreated my car they had wires all over the paint and then they slammed my hood like they just dont care about the car,absolutely disrespectful

If I could leave zero stars I would. The lady helped me and asked me what year was my car and when I told her she said the front lights didn't fell like the original, BTW it's still the same ones when I got it. She didn't test the tint on the windows and said it was too dark. You cant just look and touch something without testing it. Don't come here. Find another place if you can. I only came here cause it was close to home.

Went for a quick oil change. First thing they said was, your wiper blades are bad. Fine, they replaced the blades and did the oil change. I approached the guy who was working on the car to ask if they had the ability to put air in tires. I wasn't necessarily expecting them to do it for free, but just wanted to know if they could do it. He says no, my gauge is only in kilograms. I said what? You don't have a normal gauge that shows you pounds? Nope, he says. I said, Why? That makes no sense. He said, because that's what the owner gave me. Meanwhile, a young guy overheard the conversation and was going around to the tires checking them and adding air as needed. I said to that guy, were you able to check the air pressure? He said yes. I said well, the other guy told me that you only have a gauge which shows kilograms. He then showed me the gauge, which did show kilograms. And he then turned the gauge and the opposite side showed pressure in pounds. When he finished, I thanked him and gave him a nice tip. I then went over to "Stanley" (I think the guy said - altho I've seen another review which named a "Sandy" who reportedly was as nasty as this guy), and I said, You really shouldn't lie to your customers. It's not a good look. He said, I didn't lie! I said, I just saw your gauge that measures pressure in pounds. So you did lie to me. He got ugly and said, we don't do extra services for free! Do you see a sign here (points to wall) that says what services we do? I said, I didn't ask you to do it for free. I simply asked if you could do it, and you lied so you didn't have to be bothered with it. Completely disgusting. I will NEVER go back there, and would caution others to avoid this place at all costs. Service: Oil change

I've just moved from central Houston to jersey village and I've never had any issues when doing my inspection when it came to my tint. I bring it here and all the sudden they start coming up with a bunch of excuses. I took it somewhere else and passed inspection with no questions or excuses.

State inspection .... The service was great the 3 men there were all friendly and very informative even cracked some jokes with me .... service was fast ... That's all I really came for I can't comment on anything as far as state inspection s goes they provided high quality service!

Needed an Oil Change Learned that you must be specific, ask for lowest cost oil. $76 vs $56 for my car. I'm counting every cent; on a budget. No Surprises please!

I wish I could read the reviews before going here! Horrible customer service! Sandy met me at the car, no hi how are you how can I help you today? He simply stated what do you need? He was also aggravated that my insurance card was not in the vehicle it was on my phone. I was very apologetic. He huffed and said it’s acceptable. The inspection was quick, however after I got in my car, I ask Sandy a question. His answer was flippant and that’s where I lost it! Never use this business

Horrible place to get your cars oil change, they did not screw the bolt for my oil on so my oil was leaking, my mechanic was caught this issue and tightened it before I lost more oil. Unprofessional place that will take advantage of you . Don’t waste your money here, If my mechanic didn’t catch this mistake my car’s engine could have been ruined. (In the photo you can see the leaked oil and the unscrewed bolt)

Poor Work, they were fast. DID NOTHING except the oil. If I did not ask to chk the break fluid it would not have happened. Not able to chk the air in my tires. Really.. Plenty more to add. If You Want to be Angry. Stop in. Would leave a Negative Review if I could. Be Afraid
