Pizza arrived almost 90 minutes after ordering, lukewarm, and delivered via DoorDash for whatever reason. Recommend just picking up your order, or ideally just going elsewhere.

0 stars! The WORST experience I have ever had with not just Pizza Hut, but a restaurant in general. I ordered a pizza at 7:00 PM, and they delivered two wrong pizzas. When we called, the woman on the other line had the worst attitude and told us her name was “Carter Sanchez” which I’m pretty sure was a lie and asked us “do we want our pizza or not” when I asked for a refund! She said our correct pizza would be delivered in 30 minutes, so after an hour I called back to ask where the pizza was, and this location ignored my calls! I called about 15 times and ALL OF THEM WERE IGNORED OR HUNG UP ON. What kind of business is this? TWO HOURS LATER at 10:45 PM a delivery man knocked on our door and delivered a pizza to us. And it was STILL THE INCORRECT ORDER. I’m still speechless. Three hours, not one correct pizza, terrible employees, and ownership and upper management couldn’t care less. Do NOT order at this location. Honestly, rethink about ordering Pizza Hut at all.

Ordered a couple of supreme pizzas, hand tossed. The delivery was prompt, the pizzas were hot, fresh, tasty. That made for a great lunch.

I waited over 2 hours for my order. When my order arrived it was messed up. I asked for extra pizza sauce and I received no sauce at all.

Not good...clerk who we were told was fill in was rude and more interested on talking on his cell. Got the pizza home and it had the wrong ingredients.

After waiting 45 mins in drive thru - we were given wrong pizza. Was told to they didn't know where the pizza we ordered was at nor could they fix it???! Lying staff - told our cinnabons were in the oven and to please wait. Comes back to window 15 mins later asking what we were missing, mentioned the cinnabons, and he said we don't have them. When questioned why he told us to wait if that was the case, he shrugged and laughed about it. The most worst service ever and will advise friends to keep driving...unbelievable and cannot make this stuff up.

This is the worst service know to man, the Drive told me after spending money with this Pizza Hut that we where short and he was not going to bring me the pizza to feed my children. And then when called back spoke to manager Francheca told me that she was going to refund the money and did not award a refund nor food and did not make it over and hung up the phone multiple times and would not give me the corporate number or give me and information and hung up and did not give the money back so I could have feed my children tonight and was extremely rude and very disrespectful

This is the worst Pizza Hut I have ever had in my life. I waited over 2 hours for my order. When my order arrived it was messed up. I asked for extra pizza sauce and I received no sauce at all. When I spoke to manager regarding my problem she stated “ they only have one delivery driver and she could give me a credit.” I will not recommend this location and I won’t be eating here again.

Never again will I purchase anything at the 1225 Westheimer Rd location or any Pizza Hut product after my recent experience. Worst place . . . can’t even get an online order correctly. I was 3rd in-line to pickup my order and both parties in front on me ordered online as well and they didn’t get their order correctly either. Slow front desk and back of the house. Those fools were more interested in hanging out and talking in the back than concentrating on making customer’s pizzas. Never will I go back to a Pizza Hut after this experience. ZERO stars for real. Gave those idiots 30 minutes to make my pizza and they still couldn’t get it correct. Call Domino’s right after and picked up my pizza in 10 minutes! I hope this place gets shut down because it’s more of an aggravation than a place to get pizza.
