the waiter was nice and for the most part gave us space and time to converse. some may feel like it’s a lack of customer service but it felt more like he was around and wasn’t hovering or constantly asking if everything was ok. the waiter was still pretty attentive. the gnocchi was soft and delicious and the sauce was yummy. the chicken parm was enjoyable and the drinks were also very enjoyable. definitely will be back

Was excited to try since I was craving Italian. The 1st employee was welcoming and addressed us quickly despite being in the middle of seating other guests. After sitting for a bit, server came over with water but did not ask if we wanted any other drinks. We waited a bit longer before he came back to take our orders but understood since a larger group had been sat before us. Once food came out, brought by the 1st employee, it was more warm than hot. We asked for salt and pepper from the 1st employee who brought it right away. Our server checked on us once the entire rest of the time there and never asked if we needed/wanted anything else. Dropped off the bill without asking about desserts, but having been there for about 2 hours and only interacted with our server 3 times we decided we would be better off getting dessert somewhere else. Heard great things about quick and friendly service, but it definitely fell short today.

This is the worse customer service I have ever had at a restaurant and feel compelled to share. The owner or manager was blatantly rude. The waiter messed up our order twice and owner rolled his eyes at us. When I called it to his attention he said there was a lot of food being returned from our table. Yes, to no fault of ours. Than later he tried to tell us the waiter is hard of hearing and doesn’t hear women well, only men. Unbelievable! Carpaccio was blah and pizza was mediocre at best. Ambiance was also low end with super bright lights hanging in front of your face. Save time and money and don’t go here.

I have nothing but great things to say. Everything was really nice. The staff was attentive. The food was delicious. The drinks were good. We will definitely visit again!!

We went on gnocchi day. Delicious and a good amount was served. Loved it. The only down size is we went with kids and there were no changing room/table at the bathrooms so we had to go to the parking lot to change diapers while it was very hot outside.

Delicious, authentic Italian food. Great customer service, too. Go for the spicy diacola (pepperoni) pizza if you want pepperoni. The pineapple juice with mint was so refreshing and not too sweet. Great experience! Fast, friendly and attentive service. Great menu options to pick from. Our food was delivered to our table fast, fresh and hot. The flavors were delicious. Top quality pizza!! Enticing adult beverages available also, with a full bar. Fun decorated restaurant with comfortable seating. We cant wait to eat our way through this menu!

I liked the place. It is in a good location that offers lots of parking. The pizza is very good and the non alcoholic drinks we had are very tasty. The price is a little bit on the expensive side for the drinks and the espresso. All in all a good experience.

Delicious pizza and friendly staff, I like it. The food tastes authentic and the people are really friendly and helpful. We ordered the spicy salami, Hawaiian, and mushroom and ham pizzas. All of those were delicious. Check them out, we will return.

Piolas decoré is inviting, the booths are comfortable and the menu is easy to read. Most Pizzas are 12 inch. The overall experience was pleasant. The appetizer was good, The pizzas were good as well. The desert was good but the chocolate over powered the dish. I did not give them 5 stars because it is a little pricey, each pizza was over $16.
