I just realized, almost 3 hours after buying the sim card, that Hiten, the worker at the store in Houston Downtown, has scammed me because he told me that the plan cost 115 dollars and then he charged me 25 dollars for additional services. I am looking at the payment slip and it only indicates a payment of 66 dollars. He has scammed me with 74 dollars because he asked me for 140 dollars and I paid with 150 when on the ticket he says that I paid with 100 dollars and that he gave me 34 dollars in exchange when it was not so. He must have taken advantage of the situation because I told him that I had just arrived in the USA and had no signal or communication.

Hiten was super helpful. Had to switch out my iPhone with Apple, and they never gave me my old sim card. He was able to get me in touch with Verizon and spent over an hour trying to help me. He's super helpful and knowledgable. I'll order all my future phone orders through him.

Hiten was able to reconnect me with my Verizon service. A glitch occurred when going from a physical SIM card to an eSIM card on my iPhone 11 Pro and it resulted in having zero service. I attempted with Verizon Support over the phone but they had to verify me via text message which I couldn't receive because of no service. I walked in to this Verizon location and Hiten was able to listen, address my concern, and connect me back with Verizon. I admit, it was peaceful to not get any phone calls. He also talked about upgrading to an iPhone 13 Pro and I may just do that. Thank you, Hiten!

Hiten and Harman did a great job with helping get my account updated and getting a new phone! I had to get a new phone as soon as possible and they did everything they could to ensure I was taken care of in a timely manner! I will go out of my way to go to their store because I appreciate the outstanding customer service!
