Avoid going here if you can! I kept coming because it's so close to, but they are so unprofessional. They never have insurance on file, and they always lose a prescription or never have it ready when they say it'll be ready! Just go to the H‑E‑B pharmacy on Blackhawk and save yourself the headache.

WORST PHARMACY EVER. They don't care about anyone and never have perscriptions ready. They need to get audited and hire people that are passionate and can perform their daily job requirements.

THIS IS THE WORST PHARMACY IVE BEEN TO.. First your going to wait 30-45 min in line. But the real problem is having my "child" in pain because people don't know how to do their job. My child had reconstructive surgery and was in severe pain. As a mother/parent it's VERY HARD to see your child in tears from pain and you can't do anything. The pharmacist would not fill his pain medicine because she was too concerned as to why my address was listed in another city. Not once did anyone ask for my ID, which would have shown I moved to another address. Then she would only fill one of the pain medicines because "she felt" as if he shouldn't be getting both. I literally had to get the nurse from the surgery department to call and explain why he was prescribed the pain medication so it can be filled. But, why do a nurse have to explain YOUR JOB?!?! How you don't know? This is a warning to EVERYONE....CHOOSE ANOTHER LOCATION!

If I could give this pharmacy no star I would. pharmacy Is the Poorest run ever. Kept thinking it would get better but it’s getting worse, no one in line in the store at the pharmacy I’m at the drive-through no one says hi no one looks at me sit there for five minutes finally I hunk my horn, then somebody comes and asks me please wait like I haven’t been waiting. It’s like this all the time at this place. Transferring my prescriptions to another Walgreens or I guess Next would be a CVS move

They are not the best, but they are convenient. Drive thru is slow most of the time, but they do try move cars along. What I don't like about this Walgreens is- they are ALWAYS changing manufacturers when it come to their prescriptions. And yet, the savings is never passed to the customer. Some ppl don't do well with some manufacturer's prescription formulas, so they are getting double boned with that deal. Other than that, they have cute holiday trinkets.

The heavier set lady with the cheetoh, purple vomit hair has ignored the line and skipped me and my wife on three different occasions. I think it’s very unprofessional for your employees that are pharmacy technicians to have purple hair in the workplace. Not only is it distracting to customers, it is obviously distracting to the employees also when they skip people in line and have problems with people going in numergical order.

The lead pharmacist is very rude. Even took my medication and held it til she scolded me about a "misunderstanding" between her and i. Rediculous. If you don't like your profession, then please find another one.

Ladies were fast and friendly. I wanted to tell the lean guy he has great hair but he seemed too busy to be bothered. But great hair man. 4 stars would recommend.

ABSOLUTELY BY FAR THE WORST PHARMACY I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!! They don't deserve this 1 star but was the only option. 3 yrs. ago having been new to the area i new things were hard in the area due to Harvey. They were the closest & most available place to get scripts filled. Nearby CVS was closed & when it opened it has no drive thru & very packed inside. Now I know it's due to customers not wanting to endure the agony of this Walgreens across the street. I cont'd to give them the benefit of the doubt. Later to realize that was stupidity on my part. After continuously receiving poor service, incompetence, & never getting my insurance info right, extremely long wait times & repeatingly reminding them of errors that are easily kept in the computer. I basically had to rely on my own knowledge to not get ripped off. I encourage anyone w/ ederly relatives that frequent here to please assist them. Having been a CVS customer since they were Eckards for my family at my old address for 2 decades I knew the difference in excellent service & having knowledge in the way a true pharmacy should be that I swore to never return here ever again. At my last visit I realized I was not alone! So I'm happy to say that I'm now a customer again w/ CVS that's only 2 miles further. I never review on a business but if I can help another person not have to go through my experience I hope it helps. Sincerely, Glad to be home again.
