My fiancé and I came in this past weekend to possibly purchase wedding bands. We were dreading it based on our past sales experiences at other jewelry stores, however Ms. Joy was different! We walked around a bit before Ms. Joy asked if we needed help. She’s wasn’t pushy and didn’t make us feel obligated to buy anything. I told her my style and price range and we were able to walk out with both bands under budget. Thank you again, Ms. Joy ♥️

The best service. I went in to get my engagement ring resized. At first they said they could get it to me by Monday, but I just got engaged yesterday and was really hoping to get it back same day and they did that for me. I’m very grateful.

From the first, to the most recent time I have visited, they have been very attentive and taken care of all my concerns. Diego helped with my custom design for a wedding ring, and Farzi took care of the rest and found the perfect Stone! She went above and beyond to help when I was in a punch for time. Very welcoming, comforting and thorough. This is one of the few places that still knows what exceptional customer service is all about. 🤠

I had the best experience with this Jared location. I dropped off my wedding ring on Saturday to be inspected and cleaned and it looked brand new when I picked it up on Tuesday. Ms. Seble Kassa was the employee that helped me and she was very kind, professional, and understanding.I definitely recommend this location!

Jared has the absolute WORST customer service. I purchased on 7/28 online to get delivered to the store, and still no product, no resolution. Management refuses to get on the phone. You are stuck with calling the main customer service number.. with no resolution. They couldn't even cancel my order upon request. They had to open a "ticket". Received my first statement for an Item that hasn't even been picked up yet! I will NEVER buy from this company and encourage to stay away.

My first and LAST TIME HERE AT THIS STORE! I ordered a ring online for pick up at this location. Then upon arriving for pick up, the wrong ring was sent…. So then i was told by an employee that they would handle it n call me the next day. I HAD TO CALL 5 TIMES ON FIVE DIFFERENT DAYS TO GET ANY INFORMATION ON WHAT WOULD BE DONE ABOUT MY RING! Each time was a different excuse from a different employee. Not to mention i had to explain the error each time with each phone call…. With the Six callback they told me that i would be able to pick up my ring the next day , come to find out on the next day that they would not be able to follow through with the specific ring i wanted in time TO PROPOSE to my girlfriend. I ended up having to pick a ring which was completely different from what i had in mind with LITTLE options in stock. I understand that warehouses make mistake’s, but for the employees to not give me a straight forward solution IN THE NINE DAY SPAN OF WHICH I ORDERED THE RING is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Hands down the worst experience i have ever had with a jeweler and will not ever come back nor recommend it to anybody. They nearly ruined my proposal with little care.

I loved my experience with this location! Joy helped me getting the process of my purchase in an easy way and care. Venessa is great and so helpful in both of my visit, they will go above and beyond to help you. My last visit with my daughter wasn’t so good I would’ve rate it 2, I got helped by someone else with absolutely no enthusiasm or courage. She wouldn’t listen to what I was trying to explain, she just like” here this what we have” We all work in a retail and we know what we expect from our employees. I will just advice her with “ Treat people as you would like to be treated” JOY AND VENESSA are the only reason I would give a 5, thank you both for your excellent customer service!!!!! 🤩
