The food was good but the service seemed mad all the time and were rolling there eyes while asking them a question The screen didn't work so I couldn't pay with card and they got all rude and just said whatever The people inside seemed very nice bit the people giving the food out did not

I sat and waited over 20 minutes only to be told they had no ice cream available. Really? You don't answer the first red button press so I have to press it again and then tell me you're out of your most popular thing? Super frustrating. The car park on a weekend night is overrun by middle schoolers too.

Almost every single place filled up and it appeared there were only 3 employees working, 2 servers and 1 person inside. It took over 20 minutes to get 2 shakes and an ice cream cone and by the time we got them they were already melting. They need to hire more workers and fix some of there ordering menu boards.

15 minutes driving home to realize one of our burgers was missing the burger patty, store refused to make the whole order which was now all cold, and when I get back to finally eat my cold food, I find that my tots were smashed into the bottom of the bag. What a waste of 30 minutes & $25.

It took twenty minutes to get a soda and a burrito. No idea what's going on with them lately, but it's been fairly slow every time I visit. I used to drop by every Saturday and grab a large drink before heading to sparring, but now it's taking so long that I either have to show up 20 minutes early or just find somewhere else to go. Frankly, my time is worth more than spending 20 minutes for a drink.

I was craving a good burger. I chose sonic what a disappointment. I asked for a #1 and #2 combo to be cooked fresh. Both burgers was not cooked fresh and the fries were burnt. I gave the young lady a tip and she miscounted the money 3 times saying I only gave her a certain amount. So I asked her to count it again then she got it right. I’m not pleased with my order at all. #foodcritic

We frequent this location very often as it is close by our apartment. Reading the reviews really irk me. You can definitely tell that the people who are unhappy have never worked in the food industry. In my 3 years living in Tx, I have had 1 time where something was amiss but it was quickly resolved. People complaining about a wrong order or being asked if they want their change should just use the app. I have NEVER had an issue where the app is concerned when ordering my food. Again, we eat here 3 maybe 4 times a week, even if it is ordering drinks or just ice cream. Keep up the amazing job you all do!!!

Worst sonic location I’ve ever been to. I waited 10 minutes for someone to take my order before driving to another stall because I thought the first one might have been having an issue… only to continue waiting for an unreasonable amount of time. A gentleman finally comes through and tell me they’re closing in 5 minutes, which would have been 10 minutes prior to the close time scheduled online (not including the 15+ I’d been waiting), so they’re no longer making shakes. Fine. I tell him the first item I’d like to order and he never came back over the stall speaker. Will never order here again 👎🏽

Always fast delivery on orders, fresh food and yummy options. very impressed by their service, polite staff, quick order and take out, they were busy even in the lock down, love their grilled cheese and fries, tatar tots always fresh and crispy, kids love their shakes, and mozatella cheese sticks, easy to order with sonic app, wonderful service, no long wait. We ordered food and within few minutes it was ready and delivered, I am surprised at how busy they were inspite of lock down, all car ports were occupied, now wonder they provide good service!
