It’s bittersweet to see that I’m not alone in strongly disliking this location. This location is closest to my house but I purposely always go 20 minutes further to the Richardson location because the workers here are so cold. Every single one except for their most recent new hire, he’s very kind. I went today, first time in at least 6 months, hoping it’d be different and it was exactly the same if not worse. I got no greeting, no smile, the girl who made my bowl (she’s Hispanic and always wears big glasses) talked so low when asking what I wanted I could barely hear her. I still said thank you after she added a side of queso to my order and checked me out and she didn’t even respond. She also kept looking up at me and smirking and just came off so rude and cold. This location is always empty (I’ve only ever had 1-2 people in front of me) and I genuinely believe it’s because they are so off putting towards guests. Finally, I asked for double rice and she barely added any extra. I will never come back here. I love Qdoba but if you’re in the area, don’t visit the Plano location; it’s not worth it.

Ordered delivery. Missing about 3 ingredients from my order. Utensils also missing. Based on what I've been reading on the reviews, this location needs a new and competent staff.

Ordered 2 veggie burritos for delivery today.. they arrived totally bland with no veggies, salsa or verde sauce. So bad.. so disappointing!! Read other reviews later and they have the same themes..do not recommend

I have celiac disease and have eaten at multiple other locations. When I asked for special requests of changing gloves and fresh spoons I got rolling eyes and sighs as they walked off speaking in Spanish to another employee. So I just left.

We arrived at 9pm after an awful day craving Qdoba. We were met with upset stares by the staff we were walking in. They close at 9:30 and were closing for the night. (I get it on a slow night, its Friday, there were definitely people around.) The staff wouldn't listen to our orders and acted annoyed that we wanted more than meat and cheese. They tried ringing us up several times while we were still ordering and put our food in a togo box without us stating we were eating togo. (We were going to eat outside anyway when they only had 30 minutes left but come on.) They were annoyed we wanted chips and drinks. While we ate outside one of the staff members stared at us for a while. They were actively cleaning and moping in the kitchen 30 minutes before closing. Their off-putting vibe was so strong a family walked up (20 minutes before close) and felt so awkward they walked off. I also had such little chicken in my taco that I couldn't taste it. Awful experience. Awful day. It is just this location, I recommended Qdoba just absolutely not this location.

It was okay. Food was average but we got there at 9 and they close at 9:30pm. They clearly wanted us out so they could clean and close early. While we were eating, all we could smell were cleaning chemicals. As soon as we left, they locked the door seconds after we walked out (at 9:20) and continued cleaning. If you want to close early, just change your hours.

I don't recommend this QDOBA at all. Especially when you are ordering from a food delivery service like Uber Eats. Like others mentioned, the portions are really small and they hardly put any sauce in the bowl. Its like eating dry rice.

It’s a great place with good food. It’s clean. Service is good too. My son loves it. I love guacamole and for me it’s a deal breaker. They have guacamole that is actually good.

Wow! So reading instructions is difficult at this establishment. When you can move over all the lettuce in your grill chicken bowl and there is no rice and barely any chicken! Pretty much a bowl of veggies and sauce. Can anyone locate either of these from the picture provided! Even try lifting up the "lettuce" to provide a better angle of the missing rice and chicken. SMH!

The food is fresh and good like any other Qdoba. Customer service not so friendly and actually goes in the other direction. Whoever was at the counter charged extra for a extra scoop of salsa, even charged 87 cents for a side of rice for a kid, all portions being served were also small compared to other outlets. I know in other Qdoba outlets they are super friendly and serve you basic stuff like extra scoop of rice or salsa at no extra cost so this restaurant surprised me. There is no smile from the guys serving you. I think I will find another Qdoba store when I look for one next
