Was very happy with the service I received here. I needed a suit for a wedding next weekend and I haven't purchased one for 15 years so I wasn't sure where to begin. The staff here helped me get what I needed and did a fantastic job and got me in and out with a great looking suit under a half hour. Next time I need a new outfit I'll be going back here.

Went in for the first time with my husband to purchase a navy suit. Raza was our salesman and he was excellent. He knew just the right fit for my husband and we only needed the pants to be hemmed. He helped us find a shirt and tie that were classy for our son's wedding. Thanks Raza for a great experience. 👍

Love love this place! My boyfriend and I came in to pick up his groomsman suit, and everything looked great. The sales staff were all super friendly, helpful, and quick! especially Mama Rose who is altering the suits, she is very honest and helpful, and has great positive energy. Exactly what you need for getting the perfect suit for an important occasion.

9/1/22: Had purchased several suits from the Mesquite location years ago, and decided to go to this location on 8/18/22 to purchase a white tuxedo, since it was closer to my home. I met with an older African American gentleman who was not very friendly who showed me some tuxedos and he said that they didn't have my size. He said that the store manager would be the ONLY person who could help me by ordering a tuxedo, but that he was not working that day. This gentleman was not very knowledgeable nor professional. I called on 8/20/22, and spoke to Terry to confirm that Frank, the store manager was available. The reply that I got was that he was there, but that he was busy, and that everyone was busy. When I got to the store, the gentlemen that I had met the first time kind of remembered me. I asked if he was Terry, and he said yes. I told him that he wasn't a very good salesman because he didn't even introduce himself during my first visit. I told him that I was there to meet with Frank, and that I would wait. When I met Frank, I felt a good vibe, as it seemed like he knew his customers, because he greeted a few as they walked in the store. I shared my negative encounter with Terry, and Frank apologized for that. We then discussed what I was looking for and he said that he would place an order and I paid for the tuxedo. He said that he would call me on 8/23/22 to provide an update. When I didn't hear from him by 8/25/22, I called the store and was told that Frank was busy. I sent him an email on 8/25/22 and didn't get a reply. I called the store on 8/30/22 and spoke with a young lady, who said that Frank was there, but that he was busy. I asked her to give him a message to call me. On 9/1/22 I called for Frank, and the same young lady answered. I told her that Frank had not returned my call, and she assured me that she had given him the message. I drove to the store to meet Frank. I told him that I was disappointed with him because he hadn't kept his word to call me back, and hadn't replied to my email or message. He looked surprised, apologized, but at the end of the day, he couldn't provide a good reason for neglecting to follow through. While at the front counter, he made some calls to check the status of my order. Apparently, he wanted me to wait a few more days. I told him that I was not confident in his abilities to follow through, and that it was a shame that I felt that I had to take my business elsewhere, especially when I had told him about my great experiences with the Mesquite location years ago. I told him that if a customer is dealing with a store manager, and that manager failed to follow through with the customer, that the customer would feel as if there were no other recourse for a good experience. I requested a full refund, and he processed it for me. This location failed miserably in following their mission statement: "Our vision is to provide exceptional tailored men’s clothing at affordable pricing, while giving our customer the best service they deserve." I would likely never make a purchase from this location, because Frank, the store manager, lacked integrity in following through with me, as a customer. I did not feel valued and I actually felt disrespected by Frank.

I was in desperate need of a light gray suit and needed it yesterday. I walked in before opening hours posted - and to my surprise, they were open! Frank, promptly greeted me and moved with surgical speed and accuracy and picked out the right color, size and style on the FIRST PICK literally in less than 30 seconds - not exaggerating. Frank had the pants hemmed, processed payment, and me out the door within 15 minutes. "You pulled a rabbit out of the hat!" I made the company photo shoot with 10 minutes to spare and looked like a millionaire. THANK YOU FRANK, I SHALL RETURN!!!!! Doug

I ordered a Jacket and it was way to oversized and pant alteration was not good so i was feeling bad after spending $238, after looking at alterations of the pants I decided not to go back there Comment. If you guys like a jacket then just buy the jacket and for alterations go to some different store these guys charge $40 for alteration and it looks like something on that picture.Seriously i hate those guys. I know lots of Indian prefer this store I seriously say No better go to some other standard store. After i were my altered suit i look like wrapped in sack

1st time buying here was amazed with the help I got from the tailor's in helping choose the suit & for them having the patience on me deciding each peice as well..great first experience in getting my first suit & i know for sure it won't be my last.

We went back and bought a suit from them because my son liked the place, I liked the price. We bought a 3 piece suit for $163 after taxes and alteration. We will definitely shop here again with the selection and great prices.
